Bought a Vauxhall zafira from raf cars, seem nice enough windows weren’t working, needed a new resistor for blowers got these fixed. Picked the car up, days within buying the car blowers stopped working and found there was an oil leak. Got the rocker gasket cover replaced £71 but then found out it needed a new blower motor and glow plug module totallling £420. Phoned, texted RAF Cars Ltd, no answer, seems his mobile is no longer in use or been switched off since I got the car. So his warranties are no good as you can’t get a hold of him, sent him letters with no avail. Not gonna let this lie. Only bought the car 3 weeks today!!! Joke of a dealer, do not buy off him!!!

The car we looked at after being told it was fantastic, a perfect example turned out to be totally flawed. Rear parking sensors didn't work, cracked mirror, sat-nav not functioning, tyres had chunks out of the side walls (I specifically asked this question before going to see the car), and to top it off the vehicle had had a replacement engine which the dealer chose not to inform us of. As another reviewer says 'run for the hills'. There are plenty of other places to buy a car other than raf cars.
Purchased a car from rafcars ltd. Absolutely excellent communication from start to finish car was described to a "T" when I came to view. Nearly £1,500 cheaper than the next one on trader. Would highly recommend this dealer to all family and friends. Thanks again
Spent a extra 300 pound of a car bought from RAF Cars Ltd recently. Had engine checked over off a independent garage and been advised theres no way it could of passed mot .Terrible customer service.Stay as far away as possible.
I recently purchased a Ford Focus from RAF Cars. I found that they couldnt do enough for me and my dad who had travelled to see the car. As the car needed a couple of updates before i could drive it away RAF Cars LTD covered the costs and kept me updated as everything was getting done. Very clean and runs really well. More than happy with my new car. Would recommend.
I bought a Honda Civic from here in February. The car was relatively clean and an ok price but the dealers were not very helpful and took forever getting the paperwork to me so I wouldn't actually drive the car for a while so based on their customer service, I wouldn't recommend them.

Be very aware of this sales person, we bought a car which RAF Cars Ltd assured us had been tested and was road worthy, after a separate independent service 8 Mot failures were pointed at and after weeks of attempting to get a meaningful response they have done nothing, leaving us with a unroadworthy car with faults that RAF cars assured would be resolved. Further more after requesting they cancel the warranty they sell after the usual cool off period RAF cars failed to contact the company as we requested meaning we lost the cost of the policy and that was such an easy issue for them to resolve. Very poor and stay away from RAF Cars at all costs, bought April 2017.

I identified a car RAF Cars Ltd had for sale, spoke with the dealer assured me everything was superb. As i would be travelling quite a distance I asked many questions to avoid wasting valuable time; again the dealer assured me they rarely get cars in this good. So after much research and questioning of the dealer about the vehicle I paid a deposit over the phone and arranged travel. On arriving the car was most certainly not as the dealer stated; lots of issues: Tyres had chunks out of the side walls. Parking sensors didn't work - not informed, yet the car was prepared for sale Sat nav and stereo didn't work - not informed, yet the car was prepared for sale The vehicle had had some paintwork done which I wasn't informed of. I did ask this. Front grill was cracked - not visible on photographs Engine covers missing - not informed Under-tray from engine bay missing - not informed headlamp bulb needed replacing - yet the car was prepared for sale Rear reversing light not working - yet the car was prepared for sale Wing mirror cracked - yet the car was prepared for sale As I had paid a sizable deposit I had a choice to either walk away or take the car - the dealer didn't want to take responsibility for resolving any of the issues. I took the car and the financial hit to get all of the issues resolved myself - probably between £500 and a thousand. My advice would be to stay well clear of RAF Cars Ltd; they failed to disclose the many issues even though asked numerous times over the phone. Just go elsewhere....
I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from RAF Cars. I have had an issue with a leak in the AC but I am just waiting to heat if I can get it repaired under warranty. The car was clean and matched its description and it was also a very good price. I would recommend.

I am very happy with my experience with RAF Cars. I bought a Honda Accord back in August. It was super clean and in great condition and runs perfectly. The dealers were very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
