Bought car recently form dealership - dealt with Mike who was very professional. All paperwork done and everything was covered well. A very good experience and very pleased with the car.
After a 2 hour journey to test drive a car, we asked what deal we could get on trading in our alpha. Phil the business manager was arrogant to the point of rude and offered an insulting amount. With his 'take it or leave it' attitude we left. Wouldn't recommend them if they were the laast dealerships on earth. He needs to go on a customer service course: There's ways of saying no whilst still keeping the customer talking and secure a sale. Politeness goes a long way Phil!

As a previous Yeti owner have just purchased another Yeti on part exchange. The very efficient and friendly Barry Lynch made the whole experience a very pleasant one. My thanks for a great service.
just purchased a used Shogun from the Skoda sales person Steve Cantrell at the skoda dealership, from viewing the motor to driving back home with it, i have got to say every process with the purchasing of the vehicle went very well, a very pleased customer.

Having purchased 5 Skoda's over the last 25 years with 3 of them being from this franchise ...... (I purchased Skoda's when the were just taken over by the VW group much to the laughter of work colleagues)....... I decided to return and purchase another vehicle from this dealer (with an extended 2 year warranty) and had to return the vehicle due to an engine management fault after 2-3 weeks.............. imagine my shock and frustration when the dealer informs they are not prepared to provide a courtesy car or send the vehicle for remedy but I am welcome to have a refund.........that is after they had already sold my part exchange vehicle (probably with profit) and left me lost for words at their poor customer relations.........I personally would not buy another BMW (Skoda or any other vehicle) from this dealer as they are not prepared to provide a courtesy car or send for rectifications to BMW for faults they are unable to remedy as it is quote 'not cost effective.'

I really was interested in buying a Skoda but none of the sales team seem interested. To get any interaction you have to speak to a cheerless receptionist who then asks you to sit and wait whilst she speaks to a sales person. Meanwhile there are a number of men all sitting at desks either looking at screens or eating crisps. Although I wouldn't want the hard sell, for such an expensive item, I wouldcexpect someone to greet me outside to see if I need help looking. When you actually get a sales person, they seem to keep repeating how fast the cars turn over so its difficult to know the details without looking at a screen. I wanted to sit in the car, get a feel of it. Totally underwhelmed with the experience.. I drove to Bristol Street Motors in Derby who were so cheerful, informed and made me feel special. I bought a beautiful car from them because they came to me, explained the differences and mileage and unlocked them so I could sit in them. I don't want to look at a screen . I want the experience. Come on Skoda Rainworth, liven up. 'Big mistake, Huge!'

These are trying times, and yet the team at Rainworth Skoda still pull out all the stops to give a customer the best possible service. They are attentive to a customers wants and needs and offer advice and guidance when selecting a car. As if that wasn't enough they then do everything they can to provide a car that anyone would be proud of and offer all the essential accessories (and a few non-essentials) to make the buying experience as comfortable and ejoyable as possible. With the quality of the cars and the quality of the service, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Just the best car buying experience I have ever had. Special thanks go to Lala and Matt for their warm welcome and great service.
