Bought an MX5 mk 3 from here after my Mk 2 was written off by a HGV. Really pleased with my car and the price. Just had it checked over by my mechanic who said ‘it was a nice little find’. Ken and Robin were very pleasant and lovely to deal with. A nice experience all round!

We are looking to get our next car again from RB2000, this will be the 6th car we have bought through them. We tell them what we are looking for, research is done by the boss and he gives us options and respects our view whether negative or positive. We had a little problem with 2 of the cars, rang him explained the problems. Car went back, problem sorted without any fuss. This is why we go back as we have been ripped off before by large car dealers.

IF ONLY I had found this website before I purchased the Clio. Have had nothing but trouble, feel I was sold utter rubbish. Found two pieces of plastic inside the car which he just discarded, now know one was to do with the engine. Asked for a check list as per the RAC Warranty, nothing forthcoming and was told I didn't need it. It was I will look after you. Approached him about a noise, so patronising and so plausible, kept saying that he couldn't hear anything, that it wouldn't let me down and again if it did he would look after me. He knew I needed a safe reliable car, I have felt so unsafe its going for scrappage and I am purchasing new. I am losing a lot of money over this, not least the fact that he put a mark up of £1800 on my Mazda2. which I only traded because I needed an automatic. Totally disenchanted, if you are considering a purchase then BUYER BEWARE unless you really know what you are doing.

Sold a Kuga through him and got totally screwed. Paid £750 as compensation to him As the small print said I was liable for which he has just pocketed.!! The new owner is also out of pocket to the tune of £4.5k. Robin refuses to compensate him or the finance company. Totally dishonest guy Avoid avoid avoid

I have known Robin Bean for some years and have bought three cars from him. I have to say the service was excellent, the cars were checked thoroughly and valeted to a high standard before handover. We were dealt with in a professional and pleasant way. We have had no problems with any of the cars we purchased and would recommend buying from him anytime. He is an absolute gentleman and honest he would never give you an unworthy car. He gets 10 out 10 from me.

Bought Audi and basically lost 3 grand and had no car to show for it. The car endless faults and I was back and forth with RB2000 to resolve the problems spending over 6 months trying to have the car fixed. The last time the car broke down I was held to ransom to pay for the repair or I wouldnt get the car back. So he kept the car as I wont be blackmailed, I decided to seek legal advice and pursued RB2000 through the small claims court, I lost my case against RB2000 due to not being able to provided documentation of the faults the car had because RB2000 had all this information. You live and learn and boy did I learn a valuable lesson, I had to walk away before I became bankrupt due to all the costs incurred.

I bought a luxury car from RB2000 and my nightmare began . I had multiple issues with the vehicle and the warranty didn't cover any of the repairs. There was no reasoning with anyone from Rb2000 and I was left with a large bill for repairs. Please , Please , Please take a mechanic with you or you'll end up paying deeply to put the car right . Bought a car from Rb2000 and from my own personal experience i would strongly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car should stay away from buying 1 from them . The Warranty is worth nothing but Toilet Paper and B4 U buy or even look at any car take a mechanic with you.
