The owner of RB2000 comes across as a nice man but believe me he is not. He is very rude and if you question him he gets abusive towards you even to the point of getting up from his seat walking towards you shouting. We bought a 2013 Audi TT which was £9995 he offered us £2400 for our 59 plate Ford Mondeo. He did not give us a sales receipt for the car and when we asked for one he turned very nasty. On looking at the paperwork he had put down that the Audi was £7595 and he had given us nothing for the Ford,on the paperwork it says part ex value £0.00 ????? Never again will we walk onto his car sales pitch and would advise every one to keep away. All the cars are from auctions so you may as well go yourself and save yourself £3000.00 to £4000.00. Keep well away from RB2000

I have just bought my second car from RB 2000, both cars have been excellent. My first car ran perfectly for years before going back to RB 2000 for my second car. both were in great condition and great value for money with great part exchange.

I put a deposit down to then find multiply issues with car I bought from RB2000, was refused return of refund, robin and manager was hostile and abusive towards us , took us going to consumer advice and being armed with legal information for us to get our deposit back ...awful, rude, abusive, intimidating, people who i now know have done the same to multiple family’s.

unsatisfied with service ,always take a mechanic,check service history,get any repairs done before buying car ,record any conversations ,CHECK ALL TERMS OF AGREEMENT, I wouldn't bother going.

This is my 2nd car from RB2000 Routh . No hassle in buying either car and sales manager or Robin so understanding and willing to go that extra mile. Great finance packages and peace of mind buying another quality car . Thank You Robin and RB2000

After looking around RB2000, it comes across very cosha but its more like a tin pot junkyard. Stay clear is my advice, especially of the bogus finance they offer (yes it is a rip off so read the terms). Basically these are auction/scrap cars bought to sell on, always take a mechanic with you, definately check the car history! but then again why not just go to somewhere you feel safe buying from. Would not recommend this place, there are far too many negative points and bad experiences to mention about RB2000 If you need to research further ask around, I am sure you will soon hear many stories from past customers and even garage owners! I makes me so angry when I come across places such as this, crooks and you have been warned. Jim, Salford. (Garage mechanic for 29 years)

Hi I am currently under a dispute with this garage as a car I bought developed a fault within 30 days of purchasing it ! I’m currently waiting for a response after initially rejecting that my first complaint concerning painted over rust on the cars sills wasn’t a great enough reason to return
I searched high and low for an Audi A4 and RB2000 had what i wanted. The price was right and the car looked fantastic. Robin is very knowledgeable and his team were very courteous and polite. I took the car for a test drive and it was everything and more. The finance package suited my pocket and after a few days i picked up my pride and joy. Thank You, Robin.
