I've recently purchased a freelander from RCS at first i wasn't sure what i wanted the salesman couldn't have been more helpfull and after test driving several cars i chose the freelander,nothing was to much trouble no pressure sales. The whole experience was fabulous and i would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. Great selestion of cars

I’ve know purchased 2 cars from RCS Car Sales of Worecester and on both occasions they were extremely helpful. I had a minor issue with one of the cars but it was rectified immediately with no quibbles. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.
I went to purchase a car using RCS Car Sales in Worcester for the first time. My initial impression was positive. Great telephone communication to begin with and included MOT and Service. Paid my £500 deposit for the car. After that I felt I was continuously messed around. We travelled an hour and a half to pick up the car, after a 4 day delay, as they were awaiting a part for the car. My wife and I were shocked at the condition of the car when it was finally bought to us. It was absolutely filthy. Nothing like the sparkling pictures on the website. I took the car out for a test run and immediately noticed a knocking/banging on the passenger side. I was very concerned this was not picked up by a member of staff on the drive back from the repair garage just a couple of minutes before. I informed them there was a knocking sound. They continuously told me it could be this and that and there would be a further delay to investigate. Unfortunately, myself, my heavily pregnant wife and 3 year old son were not willing to wait any longer as we had an hour and a half return journey and it was getting rather late in the day. Therefore, requested our deposit back and plan on going elsewhere. Please be aware if you do wish to purchase a car from this garage you will require immense patience and free time.

Thank you for your comments. We are so sorry to hear that your experience was a disappointing one. I remember the deal as you were dealing with my sister Natasha and it was a long distance deal that we done over the phone. Unfortunately the vehicle had only just arrived when you called to put a deposit on the car and we hadn't prepared it for sale at that point. When we sent the car up for mot it failed the mot and the part that was required was a main dealer only part and it was back ordered and we were waiting around 8 or 9 days for the part to finally arrive. You were very patient whilst this was going on but I remember by the time the part arrived with us you were desperate for the car and so we were rushing to get the car ready while you were on your way to collect the car. We use a local family owned business to carry out all our service work and they did the work on this car for us. Unfortunately when they fitted new disc brakes the backing plate that stops stones and grit getting through was slightly loose and so when you test drove the car that was the noise you heard. it was a simple adjustment that we made after you left. It was completely safe but I can completely understand your frustrations and why you cancelled the deal after being so patient up to that point. I have worked with vehicles now for 28 years and unfortunately these things can happen and it is infuriating for us as well because we value your custom and we really didn't want to loose your business especially knowing you had traveled for an hour to get to us. We have only recently been made aware of this site hence the delay in replying to your complaint. We would like to offer you a refund for the fuel costs you incurred in coming down to us to collect the car so please call us on 01905422512 at your convenience and we will get that sorted for you. We have now put things in place to make sure this situation never happens again. Please accept our sincere apologies that your experience in dealing with us was not a pleasant one. I purchased a £3500 Peugeot 207 from RCS and they were really helpful. I only had a small cost to change and they gave me 2 years 0% finance so the car was affordable for me. I had to go back because the balancing on one of the wheels made the steering wheel shaky over 60 mph but they sorted it out straight away for me with no charge! 5 star dealer and I will recomend to freinds and family.

I had a car from RCS Car Sales Worcester which was supposed to have a dealer check and all supposed to be working correctly. I had it a week and the crank pulley went and that was the start of a long list of parts failed. Clutch, gearbox, flywheel & lower arms brakes. you name it it broke. Stay well clear of this dealership.

Brought a car for £9000, it had endless problems with it, and we spent over £2000 on repair bills for the engine to completely blow, would never ever step onto their forecourt again.
DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE!!! This is the most worst place I have been to buy a car from, at first they were helpful. Now I got the car they don't want to know! All the problems start coming at once. One of my day lights wasn't working, to find out the circuit wasn't working. they replaced it, but now the full beam isn't working. Not only is that dangerous, but thats them not doing their job properly...Not only that, I noticed my car didn't have a boot light. They said that my car wasn't supposed to have a boot light, but I rang the car manufacturers and they said it was supposed to have one. Do you think they would pay to get a replacement- NO. I thought I got 1 thing sorted out, but that wasn't the case more things started to happen to it..ONLY AFTER 2 WEEKS HAVING THE CAR!! They are very unhelpful, dodgy, liars and I wouldn't even recommend to anybody. I really regret my purchase, RCS Car Sales simply do NOT deserve my money or anybody else's. Please look somewhere else.

They are liars. When I agreed to buy a car for my son it was on the condition they replace the cam belt. When come to collect the car I was told it had a chain. Now 9 months down the road there are problems with the car and it is the cam belt that's part of the issue. Will recommend everyone steer well clear of this place.
