I brought a Vauxhall Meriva in September from RDM Direct. It broke down on the way home. Someone came out with a new battery. The same night it broke down again. It went back to the garage for 4 days for a new starter motor, a few days later the clutch went,I asked for a refund and was told they, by law, had the right to repair it once. I have since found out that this is false. it went back again. Then the back brare pads went, back again, the hazzard warning lights came on intermittently and wouldn't turn off, back again. Diesel warning light came on on the dashboard, back again for new diesel filter. I then asked for a replacement vehicle or refund, which Russell, the Manager, agreed to. I went back to the garage and chose another vehicle which was more than I had paid for the Meriva and offered to pay the difference, ironic considering the trouble is had had with the Meriva. I was told a phone call would be made to me the following day when it was ready. No call came. I called them and was told that if I wanted the car I would have to pay more because of the VAT that they had paid fixing this one. They sold me the faulty car, why should I pay more! I subsequently said then I would like my refund. Russell denied agreeing to my refund. I am no liar. Please be very wary if buying a car from rdm direct. They were aware my husband is disabled and that my car is essential. They are pleasant initially but the after care is atrocious. My advise, stay away.

After all we have done to help you I find your comments very disappointing. We have bent over backwards to accommodate you and have spent over 1000 pounds rectifying some wear and tear issues that can go wrong on a car that is nearly 10 years old. Your version of events is not what happened, we both know this. You are the only negative review I have had in 20 years in business, at least your constant threats re bad reviews will not be tolerated by me or anyone working for me anymore
Very happy with the service and the positive attitude of the staff at RDM Direct. I purchased Vauxhall Astra back in July and I am very happy with it, The engine did blow not long after purchase but they were very good and fitted a brand new one for me free of charge. The car was very good value for money and the owner, George was especially helpful. I would happily recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Very happy with my Vauxhall Astra from RDM Direct. So far, so good! The car was really nice and clean and in excellent condition when I received it other than a small rip in one of the seats. Up to now the only issue I have had is the CD player not working but I just took it back to them when I could and they got it sorted. Only thing is I had to travel back down there and its quite a journey. Overall i am very pleased and would recommend this dealership.

I bought an Audi TT in June from RDM. The dealers have been relatively helpful. The car was really clean and matched its description on Autotrader perfectly. The cars turbo has gone but the dealers replaced it for me. I have also had issues with the power steering but that's not covered by the warranty so I have had that sorted myself.

Pretty good experience. The car did only come with one key when it was advertised with two and the AC is broken. the dealership have said they will fix it but i need to take that car back to them which I just don't have the time to do at the moment. The car was clean and in good condition and good value for money so I would recommend this dealership.

A few months ago I went to RDM Direct Limited and purchased a Ford Focus for an Absolute bargain! Lovely car which runs great and was clean and as described when I received it. They were absolutely fantastic and I Cant fault them at all. I would fully recommend them.

I bought an insignia recently from rdm direct nick was fantastic how ever it develop a problem nick was fantastic so was george and they was so re assuring and eager to get the problem resolved great knowledge on them all fantastic customer service and very eager to help and not one bit of pressure great communication aswell i would use rdm again and recommend them to anyone they was also very fast on getting car fixed great family buisness the best sales garage in burton
RDM /Nick was excellent They have a good range of cars, I looked at a few different models and they were great quality Nick was very helpful will recommend to all my friends & family best small car I've brought.
Just bought a runaround car for my partner from RDM in Burton. Buying a used car can be quite stressful but not here. The sales guy George just left me to look at the cars for a good 10 minutes without any pressure or hard selling. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the type of car and price range we were looking at. I've only just driven the car home and will leave another feedback after a month...but for anybody looking for a used car please make this your first stop.
I bought a Peugeot from them and it is a great little car. There was a small problem but Nick got it sorted. Good price for the part exchange vehicle they took. Honest fair and do not put you under pressure to buy. Recommend every time.
