An easy transaction without any sales pressure. The whole process was easy, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered quickly and in detail and I felt that everybody was helpful. Overall a very satisfactory service, I would use again in the future!

I am very very happy with my new Audi A1. They actually misplaced the second key but they sorted a new one for me straight away which was really helpful, Nial was brilliant I felt at ease speaking to him, everybody at the dealership was so approachable. It was just perfect service throughout I've already recommended to some friends.

The dealership did a wonderful job from start to finish, I dealt with a new chap who had just started and he was very helpful and polite, he did a great job. Absolutely great service and I'm very impressed with my new Vauxhall Meriva I will be recommending RDM to friends and family for sure.

Overall a positive experience , the customer service was good and the car itself - I just love! Its a fiat 500 and drives great a lovely clean little car 🚗😊 happy with my over all experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We dealt with Alan who sorted everything out for us. After a small issue with the paperwork, I was really impressed at how professional he was and how quickly he rectified everything for us. My new BMW 3 series is gorgeous, I couldn't be happier with it. I will be back to these guys next time I need to change my car.

Do not trust they hide the v5 from you and lie about service history ! One of the service stamps was a copy not genuine very upset still trying to get my money back !

I have bought a Jaguar XF from them in 2020. They have managed to hide the V5 document from me until I get the new document in my name. When I looked the new document I am the 5th owner!!. I bout a car with lots of issues which they have hidden from me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I explicitly remember completing the hand over with you personally for this particular vehicle. You reviewed the V5 registration document prior to us electronically registering the vehicle in your name on the DVLA system. It displays on the front of the document how many owners the vehicle had; the same as to what you were advised when securing the vehicle with a deposit. I have just completed a fresh HPI check on the vehicle and can confirm you are not the fifth owner; you are the fourth, the next owner will be the fifth. After collection I can see we paid JAGUAR Main Dealer for a replacement battery however we have had no contact since this point.
