This was my first time buying from RDM Direct and they were brilliant, absolutely spot on. Nothing was too much trouble, very good service through-out. My car is fantastic, drives really well and a fair price. I feel like I'm getting used to all the controls in it now, its an upgrade from the last and much more modern.

My Jeep is the first car I've ever bought and I loved straight away! It fits like a glove, feels like I've had it my whole life as though it was made for me. Sam was my sales rep and he is a great guy, not pushy, very informative and straight forward to the point. The fella who dropped my car off was great too he went through everything in detail and made sure I was happy. RDM is a great dealership and I happily recommend if you in the market for a new car.

To be honest I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a used car. The customer service is spot on, they had a good selection of cars, all well kept and clean (I went in with something particular in mind but it was still nice to browse). Car has been great since driving it off the forecourt and nothing but reliable. Thanks lads, see you when upgrading comes around again.

I have already been recommending the dealership RDM Direct Ltd to my friends, they were amazing people to deal with, and provided excellent customer service skills. Our newly purchased Golf has been great, we've enjoyed having the car and thoroughly recommend this make and model. My son is very fond of the car too, he uses any excuse possible to be out in it. It's 5* from us all.

My Wife was after a new car and had decided to go for a Mini this time round, she's never had a Mini before so we didn't really know the ins and outs. When she found a particular Mini Countryman with RDM she was keen to secure it. We aren't local so we made the journey specifically for this car, we had everything crossed it was exactly what she hoped for. It certainly was, and more! The Mini is very high spec so its got lots of gadgets and gizmos on it, she's enjoying the car and its been running beautifully. Everyone is nice and friendly and more than willing to help, we would be happy to make the journey again and recommend on to other.

I had been looking for a new car for a little while and Polo's were on my desirable list. When I spotted a white one at RDM direct for a great price I knew I had to check it out! I went down and everyone was really helpful and friendly. They were brilliant during the whole purchase and my Polo has been driving lovely ever since! I highly recommend.

No complaints, everything is going great with car - the car is in amazing condition for a 67 plate. Customer service was spot on. No reason to not use again!
