The wife's had a fair few cars from here in the past few years now, she did go for an electric Alexa but it wasn't for her all. She had that about 12 months and only did about 600 miles in it before looking for something else. I said to her what is it that you want? And she was banging on about this A Class model she had years ago. I do remember her having that car and it was a great little thing, she loved it she did. Luckily we are fortunate enough to have a bit of a choice in the matter so I just said go and have a look and see what you can find. Anyway we don't use the tinternet much so we went old fashioned and went out and had a look at a few garages. She didn't like this, she didnt like... that but she saw this A Class at RDM Direct that she really liked. It was the last year for that model and was in great nick for the age. It was a 2L which I was a bit concerned about but we've had it a few weeks now and it's going pretty swimmingly. I've even had a go myself, actually I've probably driven it more than her as she only ever goes to M&S! But its even a great size for me being 6'2 eyes are blue... Anyway, with us both being retired we just thought why not? And aren't we glad we did. We're just awaiting for her private reg to get transferred over otherwise we are incognito at the moment but once that's sorted she will be all set! Little bit jealous myself, might have to look back at RDM for myself now 😆🤪

I bought a wonderful Nissan Note from RDM Direct. It is absolutely fabulous, I am over the moon with it. The car is excellent to drive. The customer service was exceptional also. From the finance team, to Sam the salesman, all staff members were courteous and respectful towards me at all times. A tremendous dealership, I will definitely be returning to this dealership again.

Really nice little ford fiesta bought from RDM. Great little thing that gets me where I need to be. It was Sam that I dealt with and he was sound... did everything he said he would and was proper on the ball. Car was presented all nice and everything when I collected it and overall it was just a good car buying experience. No complaints or issues so can only give it 5/5 stars.

I am in love with my new car! She's called Betty the banana as she is bright yellow and cannot be missed! She is fabulous, she's really settled into her new home and were more than happy to have her!! We did have to part exchange my little Hettie the C3 for her but she is amazing... We are extremely happy with how everything went, the part ex process was super easy and everyone was so helpful, so thank you all!!!
