I am in love with my new car! She's called Betty the banana as she is bright yellow and cannot be missed! She is fabulous, she's really settled into her new home and were more than happy to have her!! We did have to part exchange my little Hettie the C3 for her but she is amazing... We are extremely happy with how everything went, the part ex process was super easy and everyone was so helpful, so thank you all!!!

I bought my son his second mini (he loves his minis!) and its great, he absolutely loves it! I have been passenger and must say, it is a nippy little thing, a comfortable drive but can definitely move! A lovely interior too. The customer service we received was great, the staff were all very helpful, overall we are both pleased with the new car.

I bought a BMW 3 series from RDM Direct, its a proper smart car. Nice interior and exterior. I got it on finance which was easy enough to sort out with the help from Alan and the other dealers. I had a small issue with the phone charging socket but I called Alan and he sorted me out straight away and got me back in for it all to be resolved. Very good service from Alan, he definitely looks after his customers.

I'm still pretty new to driving as I only passed in May but I have been driving my partner's sporty 2L Astra in the meantime. The Astra has been a good reliable car so we decided to look for another Vauxhall. We spotted a lovely Vauxhall Corsa at RDM Direct. It was just what I needed, something small to run around in, shopping, the kids to school etc. It was the perfect fit and has been great ever since! I'm still finding my feet with it at it is the polar opposite to my partner's 2L but either way am enjoying it a lot! The guys were brilliant, really helpful and welcomed me when I arrived. Very happy to be finally on the road!

Everything is all hunky-dory with the little Nissan. A great little run around, just what we needed. Great staff, polite and courteous at all times.

I would be happy to recommend this dealer, all staff were accommodating and helpful and there was no waiting around . I asked loads of questions and didnt feel like I was doing the salesmans head in, he was patience, knowledgeable and never rushed me. Would be a pleasure doing business again!
