The Ford Kuga I got from Red Lion Motors, has been great so far! The dealership is just down the road from where I live, which was very convenient for me as I needed a car quick, the sales man was very knowledgeable, and it wasn’t a hard sale, I would go back there, and now I know they do services I will be using them for that.

I’m very pleased with the Volvo from Red Lion Motors, the staff were very attentive, there was a slow puncture in one of the tyres when we went to inspect it, and I pointed out that there was a fan belt that might be on its way out, and that was all sorted out with the service. It was delivered to me perfectly. I would certainly use them again!

I dealt with Denis at the dealership, I bought a BMW Z4 in March. Shortly after the purchase I had a small oil leak, so I contacted Denis. He sent a driver up to me to collect the car, took it for a week and then returned it, and since then it has been running well. He was also polite and helpful on the day of the purchase and took me for a test drive. I'd give them four stars based on the overall experience.

No problems at all with the Kia Niro from Red Lion Motors, I had looked around other dealers but Red Lion were very helpful and receptive and gave good customer service. Denis was very good and very friendly. I’d recommend them

Getting on absolutely fine with the Ford Focus estate. The guys there are more than helpful, and he couldn't have been nicer. There were a few things on the day I wanted changing, and they were more than happy to oblige.

No issues at all with the Ford S Max I got from Red Lion Motors, We had a good experience at the dealership both chaps were very helpful, can’t fault them really, they were friendly and down to earth people which you don’t always get so that was good.

Denis who we dealt with at Red Lion Motors was really friendly, helpful and took care of everything, there is a minor issue with the car where it wobbles a bit if you go over 60MPH, but we haven’t raised it when them as of yet. On the day they were very patient with us as we took our two kids with us who were running around, overall it was really good

Recently purchased a Ford C-Max from Red Lion Motors and it’s been really good, to be honest. I actually just saw it on the website and went for it, and I’m glad I did. My experience at the dealership was brilliant. I dealt with Dennis, and he was absolutely brilliant throughout. At one point, I had an issue where the door wouldn’t shut properly, but I phoned him, went down there, and he sorted it straight away with no hassle at all. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic.
