Last month I went to Red Rose from London to buy an Outlander PHEV I'd seen on the used approved site after many conversations with their salesman. I checked a few things before going there. Firstly I checked if the dashboard system shown in the pics had the same features as apple car play and I was told it did - which is a total lie. On arrival when this became obvious the salesman told me I could buy apple carplay for £1000 and have it retrofitted. He even recommended I buy it from ebay for less rather than from Mitsubishi! This is also a lie as apple car for outlanders costs £1300 and CANNOT easily be fitted into an Outlander after manufacture if at all. Nevertheless the price was good and I had taken a whole day off work so I bought the car. Then the salesman lied again about the service log, which has been tampered with, as the services supposedly carried out in 2018 and 2019 have a stamp that says 2020 stamp and has been manually amended with biro to back date the services that presumably never happened. And to make matters even worse before I drove away, as requested he showed me the charger cable in the boot and when I got to London and attempted to charge the car I discovered that the charger was from 2014 and was not the one that belonged to the car and WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. When I complained to him he said it wasn't his fault he'd been given a car to sell with the wrong charger in it! Finally as soon as I set off it rained heavily and the wipers came on .... but the right wiper was torn and not clearing the rain. It was obvious that the car, which I was told came from head office, had not been serviced or checked before being sold. Worried that I had purchased a poor condition car I took it to Mitsubishi in London for a full health check. They confirmed that the broken charger was the incorrect charger for the car, that the wipers were not safe, that a tyre was punctured and the cabin pollen filter was blocked with leaves and hadn't been cleaned, and that the book pack is missing. I had to spend 4 hours and over £300 making the car roadworthy. I would not buy from Red Rose for sure and will possibly return to VW once I change this car in 5 years.

Wouldnt recommend these at all. Very rude and arrogant staff, Only gave one star to post this.
Thanks to all of the team at Red Rose Mitsubishi for helping me out with an issue on my Outlander PHEV recently. Even though I'd bought the vehicle down South, they were obliging and pro-active in helping me solve a problem caused by another dealer - and not many people would go out of their way to help. They have my customer now and will be happy to recommend to any other Mitsubishi owner. Five stars!! Thank you.

I would not recommend any Mitsubishi owner to take their 4x4 to Red Rose Mitsubishi. I took my Outlander in for a full service on the 28/02/19, i paid £364 for this Service they informed me that they were a Tech down and that i would have to leave my Vehicle and collect it later, They had my Vehicle for over 5 hours, when i got the Vehicle back she was fine for the first few days then i noticed she wasn't running quite right but just thought it was everything settling down after the Service, on the 10th day it would not start (never done this before) when i popped the bonnet to have a look omg i've never seen anything like it the whole top of my engine was covered in fresh engine oil plus this dry white substance, everything was covered in both. tried speaking to Red Rose talk about Attitude and they hung up! their answer is - you get it relayed to us (6 days later) can't get it in before then pay us £80 for the privilege to look at what we've done or go elsewhere, DO NOT take your Mitsubishi anywhere near this Dealership unless you want back a Vehicle that doesn't work. they tried saying you were told it had a soft hose and oil leak NO the leak and soft hose was in fact related to a DIESEL issue NOT oil. but devils advocate if it had of had an oil leak that doesn't explain the white substance that is all over my engine as well!! my Outlander GX4 has full Service History and weekly valeted, it was valeted the day before she went in so my Vehicle was in excellent clean condition including the engine AVOID AT ALL COST

Mrs Fisher I take the allegation and slander in this review saying that we have 'damaged' your Outlander GX4 whilst servicing it very seriously. What proof are you putting up as evidence? I notice you removed a similar comment on Facebook and suggest you may want to think about the consequences of leaving this here also. You will be aware we have documented proof of reporting oil and diesel leaks on your vehicle which you admitted knowing about and did not wish to have further investigated. You seem determined to destroy the reputation of a main dealer whilst not listening to anyone else's point of view. Not only that but you have verbally abused three members of staff. All of this we have taken with good grace. But to now slander us in this way is a real issue and I would respectfully ask you to remove or reword this review or you may force us into seeking legal action in this regard.
I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 4 from Red Rose Mitsubishi Birmingham end of May 2018 it has just covered 15,000 miles and both front tyres are worn and need urgently replacing, you would normally get double this amount of mileage on a set of new tyres, the car has been driven no different to past cars I have had and they have worn evenly and the tracking is fine. Stuart at red rose admitted the Yokohama tyres which are fitted across the range have soft rubber so wear more quickly, I have also found out they have the worse banding as F for poor fuel economy, so they are consciously fitting poor quality tyres across the range. Red Rose have washed their hands with regards to any support on this so have Mitsubishi customer service so basically if you buy a car worth over £25k you will have rubbish tyres fitted to it and end up costing you over £250.00 to replace in less then 7 months. Apparently Mitsubishi will change the brand of tyres for you if you request this when ordering the car but will charge you for the tyres as an extra so what happens to the money saving they make by taking the Yokohama ones off? Also when collecting any new car be prepared to drive straight to the petrol station to fill up if you can find one quick enough before the fuel they have poured in runs out. #repeat business definitely lost here-response from Mitsubishi customer services below Good Afternoon Thank you for your email. If you are not happy with the brand of tyres you are free to change them upon delivery of the vehicle at a cost to yourself. Would stay clear of this very small, rude and unhelpful dealership! I took my car in for an airbag recall, while driving back the car would just cut out randomly this happened four times and I wasn't even half way home yet. I drove back to the dealership and explained the issue. I hadn't had this issue or any other issues with the car previously and kindly asked if they could have a look as perhaps something like a battery terminal may have come lose? as they had mentioned they had disconnected the battery! The mechanic was sent out he was very defensive and quick to shirk any responsibility and did not want to look at the car. After explaining several times that he hasn't even attempted to look at the car. He gets in starts the car up an and within seconds it cuts out He then makes a number of excuses saying it could be throttle body issues? or engine problems? he wasn't even prepared to check over the work he had carried out to see if it was something simply that could be easily rectified. He then told me 'we haven't caused the problem and there's nothing we can do' The customer service department is a joke! it consists of one young lad (no management) who doesn't have any authority to resolve problems should they arise! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!
