Dont even waste your time, this dealer is well worth staying away from. E mailed enquiring about a car late evening, no follow up call recieved so rang 10am. Told car available but basically knew NOTHING about car. Was told to ring back in 20mins and they would walk around car and give details. Rang back only to be told too busy. Rang again an hour later and was given conflicting information to what little had been said. Car was still available at this time or so i was led to believe. Was told someone would ring me within 40 mins as i had made offer on car. NO CALL once again so spoke to anthony the manager who basically told me it had been sold!! I CANNOT believe i have WASTED a whole day on these timewasters, certainly wouldnt reccomend them and going by other reviews i think i had a lucky escape!
We had a horrific experience with this garage. The car we bought had several faults that showed themselves over the short time we owned the car. The work they arranged to have carried out was done to a shocking standard. In the end we made a claim with our credit card company and part of that was an independent assessment of the car. The result of that assessment was that the credit card company felt it more cost effective to refund us the cost of the car and send it for scrap than to repair the inherent faults that were present when we bought the car. Avoid this garage, it's just not worth it.

These people are Liars!!!. Cars are not sourced through main dealers. I part-ex'd my car here and it was later on for sale a month later at 7 times the price than what I was paid. The car I had purchased developed oil pressure problems and engine warning light within a week of buying. Contacted them within warranty period and they just kept fobbing me off with lies to repair it. Eventually they did take the car back to repair For which I got back after 2 weeks and now the car has more problems. This is going to cost a lot of money to put right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
What a joke. Asked for a test drive but was told to go to main dealership for a test drive and come back to buy the car. I went to buy the car but due to major service issue decided to go else where never have I experienced customer service this awfully. Go there if u like poor service.
We bought a Skoda Octavia VRS with the promise that the issues that we had noted would be put right. The indicator needed replacing and the tailgate cover, after much phoning and text with promises that they would be delivered and personal excuses why they were not dealing with the issue. I have had to resort to making a claim through the small claims court as communication with the company has ceased. I am in the process of identifying the cost of the parts and will be making my submission to the courts. Initially very friendly and helpful, then we were let down by Waz and Asif. Luckily I have the text to prove that the promises were made - be careful

Bought an audi s4. Really nice car. Shame it had a cracked water tank which they did pay for to be replaced. However when it came to the 4 badly cracked alloys they just didn't want to know and suggested I made faults up and get fraudulent invoices and claim it back through the warranty company to cover the cost of the new wheels. Worst thing I ever did was walk into this car dealership. Finally got rid of it after finding an oil leak.
I contacted this dealer via Auto Trader. I was told the car was in good shape and the advisor did a walk around, describing any faults, which there were very few. After some discussion I left a deposit, on the conditions that; the car had no internal damage; no external damage other than a few cosmetic scuffs (due to age); that the deposit would be refunded if issues were found. I was advised that the car would have 12 MOT and would be serviced prior to collection. I live about 3 hrs away, so got a train up. When arriving, the car was not available to be seen as it had been taken to the garage to have the brake pads and disks replaced. I queried this, as it should have been picked up with the MOT, and/or Service. I was told brakes aren't covered on a service, which I found extremely strange. However, I was there and excited so continued with as planned. When the car returned I had a closer inspection. I found that all four tyres were almost worn out, the spare was totally worn and the spare alloy was caked in muck. The tyres should have all been advisory, yet I was told they were not. I then noticed that the NS window was not in the farm of the door and the seal was corroded, beyond repair. I then checked the electrics of the car and found the passenger side window switch was broken, along with the electric mirror switch and AC control. I discussed this at length with the advisor, who said they could complete the repairs, but it would mean me coming back another day for the car. Alternatively, he offered £150 off the cost of the car, which wouldn't have even covered the cost of parts, let alone fitting. I was also told that if the price was dropped the car would not be covered under any warranty. In the end I decided to leave and had to get the train back home. I wasted £50 on train tickets, and 7 hrs travelling. The company had failed to get the car ready and the circumstances surrounding the issues were extremely questionable. All the issues I noticed ion about 10 minutes, so to say 2 sales staff, an MOT technician and a Service technician missed them all is absolutely ludicrous. I am currently waiting for my refund to go back to my account, which obviously brings its own issues as I am still looking of a car and have less funds until this is returned. All in all - The sales staff were well mannered and open to discussion. However, I think that this is a front for making the sales of cars and there is not any real care much passed that. I would advise anyone considering using this company to visit the car and check everything, with a trained mechanic, before committing to any purchase.
I thought they were good, but have a couple of niggles now. I bought the car and all was fine. I had some problems within the warranty and they sorted them fast and for free. One of the indicator lights internally was broken. The mechanic said it is not needed for the MOT, and would take a few days, kind of felt like he was turning me off getting it fixed. I need the car for work and didn't have it fixed, thats fine, my fault. 4 or 5 months later, I brought it in for a service and they gave me a list of things wrong with the car (over a grands worth). The car passed its MOT, but the guy (independent council MOT), said that the brakes are just about gone. One of the tyres kept going down more than the others. I kept fixing the air pressure and it kept happening. Eventually, I brought it into get checked out. They said that the tyre had three nails in it and was already repaired once before. Granted the nails could have come in after I bought it, but I have my doubts.

I would definitely recommend Redbrook Motor Company Rochdale because the person I spoke to that I cant remember his name was really helpful. He kept me up to date with everything, no need to chase down when my Mini Cooper would be ready, what stage we are at all the way through the process
They are lovely and friendly and i had to take a 5-6 hour journey to see them, i was offered to be picked up from the train station, they were lovely to me at all times, asking me if everything was ok, if i had any questions. Buying my Renault Megane from Redbrook Motor Company was a very good choice
