We looked at the car we liked on Redburn website, I then travelled down from Scotland to collect my new car. Michael could not have been any nicer or any more helpful - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt a bit nervous as my husband was overseas and I was dealing with it all on my own but I had no need to be. He made me feel entirely comfortable and at ease. Took me for a test drive and told me absolutely everything about the car, nothing was a bother and there was no pressure at all. Hopefully, we'll have this car for a good few years, but we won't hesitate to go back to Redburn Motor company, and Michael in particular, when it's time to change.

I went to look at a car for my grandson. I was treated very courteously, nothing was a bother. I was given access to the car, to look around, taken for a test drive, etc. I went home to think about it, get insurance quotes & rang next morning to say I wanted car. This was done very smoothly, papers signed & took delivery. I was given a courtesy call next morning, reported how thrilled we were, & just had to say I'd recommend the company to anyone.
