i recently had my car in for an MOT and serviced, the customer service was outstanding and to be honest they couldn't be faulted when you take your car to garage you expect to be ripped off but this couldn't be further from the case. will definitely use again.

Great - professional service - sorted all the minor body work issues out - easy quick process purchasing the car . All details / queries fully explained . My son is looking forward to enjoying driving this immaculate car . Good stock of high quality reasonable priced cars . Will definitely keep a look out for future family car purchases from this dealer .

I purchased an Audi from Redburn Motor Company at the end of November 2023 and the car showed signs of an intermittent fault. Two weeks later i took it back to the garage as the reverse gear was not always going in. The mechanic had bled the clutch but the problem still persisted. Several weeks later it was back in garage because of trouble going into reverse and according to them it never faulted when they tested it. Third time it happened I took it back again and this time it did fault. The mechanic witness the fault himself in front of me but owner of company said the mechanic said it never faulted! I received three months warranty with the car and I purchased an extra 12 months for peace of mind. The owner said if he took gearbox out and they could find no issue, I would have to pay the labour charges! I spoke to consumer rights and citizen advice. I called the garage again and explained I had spoken to consumer rights and they quickly changed their mind and took gearbox out. I am still unsure what the fault was but I was told the clutch was ok for the mileage of car and if I was going to tow a caravan I would have to foot the bill for the new clutch. I was not happy at all so after speaking to Audi and getting a shock for new fly wheel and clutch (£2,600) I decided to cut my losses. I rang the garage to ask if I could have a refund or the chance to purchase another vehicle from the garage but this apparently was not an option as the car had gained a couple of miles extra since I purchased it (along with a brand new tow bar, and tinted windows which I purchased may I add) I decided my only option was to cut my losses and asked the garage if they wanted to buy it back from me as I was fed up and needed a reliable car to tow my caravan. After a £3,500 loss, I agreed on a price so I could just move on and not have any more stress with owning a car with problems. In my opinion, I should not have had to pay for a clutch and this should have been rectified from the garage, been issued a refund or the chance to purchase another vehicle from the garage. Yes maybe I jumped into it but I couldn’t cope with the waiting, uncertainty and sleepless nights so sold the car back to the garage. The warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Don’t waste your money purchasing the extra warranty. I had video evidence of this problem and not one member of staff wanted to see it. Please be careful when purchasing any warranty or vehicle from Redburn Motor Company.

After seeing the car advertised on auto trader we took a big risk leaving a deposit before even seeing the car! Lee was so helpful from start to finish. We travelled over an hour to get the car and it did not disappoint , Absolutely lovely car !!! The staff are great (and even got a free coffee😊) thank you Lee and Chris .A big thankyou to Lee for his kindness and honestly with regards to my son's heap ! Highly recommend this garage 😊

Bought a polo R line, paid for it took delivery a week later, plates changed from trade in to polo. Couldn't fault service. Many thanks to Lee and other staff. All the best to you all at Christmas.
