Despite a 40-year accident-free record, I was criticised as a dangerous driver by a salesman who hadn't even see me drive. Then declared my request for info as 'ridiculous'. I was about to buy a car. This lost them repeat sales.

We had a terrible time with Trust Group when we bought a top of the range brand new car from them ..... numerous of their management staff intentionally misled us before, during and after delivery regarding the specification concerning a critical safety system ..... and after delivery when we proved their deception they refused to put the matter right and even Skoda UK said they could not get any sensible response from them and eventually when the Motor Ombudsman instructed them to take the car back and refund us they refused .......... what a totally unpleasant bunch they were to deal with

Charged for cleaning brakes without asking my permission. Tried to scam me out of £300.00 unnecessary work. I had to get a second opinion. Do not trust them. Do not get your MOT done at Stourbridge.

Bought a car from VW Redditch, but very poor attitude from sales team. Had problems with car which was under warranty. They did not listen, employed bullying tactics and we’re not interested in providing good customer service. Avoid and buyer beware.
What a great dealership, John Hands and the whole team are superb. I would highly recommend a visit to this SKODA Dealership in Redditch. The skoda kodiac I have is a joy to drive and so reliable. Many thanks Mr M Hopcroft
I had extensively searched on the internet for my perfect car and found a golf at the vw Trust dealership in Stourbridge and travelled there despite living an hour away in Friday traffic. They refused me a test drive but otherwise I would have seriously considered it. The Skoda dealership in Redditch got in touch as I had previously test driven a Skoda there.As it is the same dealership nicola offered to bring the Golf over from Stourport, I happily agreed and test drove it as she had kindly brought the car to my office. I asked if one or more services could be offered but was refused anything at all. At 8 the next morning I called in and told Nicola's colleague that I wanted the car and could he get the price plus admin plus tax plus the offer they had made for part exchanging my car- upon receipt of this paperwork I was waiting to pay the deposit. At midday I called to ask if he had done it and he laughed as he told me that he had sold it and was perfectly entitled to sell it to anyone! Disgusting behaviour and sharp practice. Heartily recommend that no one use this dealership. PS- I asked the CEO to get in touch before writing this review and he ignored me- imagine buying from them and encountering a problem!

The sales person at Redditch Skoda was very helpful and understood exactly what we required. It was a pleasure to purchase my vehicle as the sales person was very knowledgable and not pushy a pleasure to do business with this dealership. Thanks - Will Mr & Mrs Griffiths
