Bought a car and collection was delayed due to some issues, really transparent but due to a lack of vehicle was given the option to take the car and the issues to be resolved, with the promise of a courtesy car. Once I left I had no contact and on the times I rang I was again promised things would be resolved. This continued until the warranty passed and now there's no offer to fix the issues. Wouldn't recommend at all, not trustworthy.
I bought an Audi A3 for a very reasonable price and am well satisfied with the bodywork and overall condition of the vehicle. It developed a small issue with the Sat Nav, but this was promptly resolved at no expense to myself. I can`t ask for more.

Big thanks to Steve, Dave and the team at Regal Carriage Company. Px my Jaguar XF for a newer XF. Managed to get a number of smaller jobs done on the car in only 3 or 4 days for me - including chucking in a new battery. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, and will return in the future for car servicing/repairs etc. Special thank you to Salesman Dave - made the purchase of the car a smooth, painless experience. I am it happy with the after care I received form Regal Motor Company. Their attitude really changed when It comes to getting issues resolved. It took a while for them to do the repairs that needed doing and when they finally agreed to fix it they really didn't do much. When It was time to collect the car, They didn't call me until the last minute and said they wouldn't wait for me to come and get it! So I asked them to leave the key is a safe place which they did but there are still on going issues which they wont touch as it's supposedly a common fault that the main dealer has to fix. The whole process has been very stressful and I wouldn't recommend them.

I'm sorry to hear you were dissapointed in our after sales service. I am one of the partners of Regal Carriage Company and haven't been made aware of this problem? If you care to give me a call and explain the problem you have had with your vehicle hopefully we can sort something out. My partner and I have been in business for 33 years and of course not every deal can run smoothly but we have always tried our best to resolve any problem,as for saying a member of staff was arrogant that's a first so all I can suggest it was a clash of personalities. Buying/selling second hand cars isn't easy as you can't know how the previous owner(s) really treated the vehicle so there is some risk to all involved - especially the older the vehicle gets that's also why we like to advise people to get it RAC/AA checked. Went to Regal Carriage Company with my father in law ... the car was by far the most expensive and I urged him not to entertain it .. but as he is very elderly his main concern was to deal with his local dealer as convenience is paramount concern .... however the terrible service allowed us to find another car and save a fortune ... thank god.
