Purchased ford b max diesel 2 weeks ago . Was told full service history. No record of service since 2016. Upon inspection the oil is black as black. Hoping this dosnt have knock on effects.

The staff where more than helpful. The dealership kept us up to date on when the car would be ready. Everything we ask them to do before we collected the car was replaced ( Ariel ) was done . Very happy with my car & the process to buy it.

Regent Car Sales is a fantastic garage and staff with no hassle at all, feel at ease and no hard sales rubbish. You are left to look around the car for as long as you need. I am over the moon with my low mileage Toyota Yaris tspirit that I purchased from them and will be back when I’m looking again.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a car for our granddaughter. Regent cars sales sold us a lovely car which my granddaughter has fallen in love with. We didn’t know what car would be most suatable for a seventeen year old girl, so we took the advise of the salesman on which car to buy. We can’t thank him enough for his expertise and friendly approach. I would recommend anyone who is looking for good genuine advice and professional service to give Regent car Sales a visit.

My husband bought a car from Regent Car Sales Tonbridge at the weekend and paid by credit card, they then charged him a £50 credit card fee. My husband was not aware at the time that this is in fact illegal. So the following day I called up to advise of this and ask for a refund, to which the sales guy advised that this was correct and it was in fact a credit card fee and he would get the owner to call me back. When I called back he denied it was a credit card fee (despite 2 other people being with my husband to collaborate this) and said it was an admin fee! He then went onto say if I came back in he would refund the credit card and we could pay on a debit card without the fee! Therefore an admittance in itself that it is a credit card fee! He then refused to refund the fee on the credit card and hung up on me! AVOID THIS DEALER ACTING ILLEGALLY!!!!!!

I can't believe the rude, obnoxious and horrendous service we have received from Regent Car Sales Tonbridge. Was interested in buying a car on finance and the guy started shouted at us, for no reason at all. I was absolutely disgusted and mortified. I would steer clear of this place!!
