Kim purchased Renault Kangoo 2008 back in December 2017. After 300 miles the vehicle developed a power steering leak. The vehicle was collected by us, repaired and returned to her at no cost. After 5 months of use the customer complained of a warning light coming on. After some discussion with her we decided to give her a full refund. On collection of the vehicle no fault was found. Customer care is important to us as we thrive on repeat business.
The staff at Regent car sales were really helpful and friendly. I bought a Clio from them back in January for a very good price. It looked like new and up to now it drives perfectly. The dealers were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from here in January and I am really pleased with it. I have had no issues with it at all and it was clean and in good condition when I received it. I have had my Chevrolet Spark for almost 6 months and I have had no problems up to now. The car was in lovely condition when I received it and it was a very good price. The dealers were lovely and very happy to help. I would use Regent Car Sales Tonbridge again.

No major issues at all. I bought an Insignia back in August. The only issue Ive had it with the battery but they dealer was brilliant at getting it sorted. The car was a very good price and was clean and in very good condition when I received it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very happy with everything! I purchased a Hyundai I10 from Regent Car Sales back in July. The service was brilliant and the car was very nice and clean and just as described. I am very happy with the level of service I received from Regent Car Sales. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia back in July and up to now I have had only one issue which was dealt with very quickly and easily and in a very professional manner. The car was immaculate when I received it! just like a new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality used car and receive excellent service and aftercare.

Good dealership. I bought a car from here a few months ago. The dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable and the car was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, when I was driving the car home the engine light came on. I tried to contact the dealership straight away but nobody was answering the phone so I called them again the next day and they offered to fix it if I brought it back but I was worried that doing that may do more harm to the car so I just got the repairs done locally. Overall I though the service from Regent Car sales was good and I would recommend them.

I Bought a Peugeot 205 in September 2015. To cut a long story short I have paid out 1300 pounds on various things that needed doing from brakes to steering rack. Cam belt went within 2 months which I know could happen but 600 pounds later not happy back brakes front brakes, radiator, alternator, brake discs, 1300 pounds since September.There you go and when I contacted garage it was literally pass the buck and if you had contacted us we would have looked at it, by the way I did three times and they clearly was not interested so my review of what they claim to be Honest, customer care, is a rating of 0.
