He has taken care of us with confidence, thereby enabling us to proceed to buying cars. At Renault Croydon I was welcomed like a family. They have given me exactly the car I wanted - RENAULT ZOE GT LINE 50 RAPID CHARGE 2020. I love everything about Sam, Suzie and Lisa - exceptional customer service going above and beyond for me! :))) About the car itself I personally believe it’s the best car for the budget. On a warm day from Croydon to Birmingham (142 miles) managed to somehow get 5.5 miles per kWh and got there with 52% battery left. That’s a legendary range for the battery pack. In the city I get 4.7 miles per kWh which is still really impressive. Handling is a mix of the perfect balance between sport and comfort and the car feels stable even at top speed in corners - I wouldn’t change it at all unless the future generation has a button to choose between Sport, Comfort and Sport+Comfort. I love the high seating position - it gives a clear sight of the road and all the potholes. I love the infotainment system. In 60 seconds after getting into the car for the first time I already had my phone connected and playing music. I love the automated lights (especially the LED) and I love the automated long lights as well. Acceleration is amazing for the city. I love the interior and the seats which I find very comfortable even on longer journeys. The car has 4 usb charging ports which I find very useful. The Zoe has a big size trunk for a hatchback and manages to fit 2 people’s flight luggages and their 2 children with baby seats including the driver. Overall I have zero issues fitting myself (6 foot 2) both in the front and at the back. I love the keyless entry in the car - one of my favourite positive things about this car. It knows when you are near and when you’re going so it opens and locks automatically. I love the option to choose between a softer and a harder regenerative braking. I love the Lane assistance option, too. The speakers of the car produce clear sound at all volumes. Very nice screens which automatically adjust the brightness. The interior seems to be high quality and everything just works so well. I am really impressed and find the car extremely reliable. I would love to see a bigger battery pack like a 100kwh and a super quick charging option like 150 or 300 Kw. For me this car is the perfect option for a city car although travelling to a longer distance is not a problem with the 50Kw rapid charge. Renault definitely made huge improvements over the 3 generations of Zoe and I am genuinely intrigued to see the evolution of their electric cars. 10 out of 10 for me - could not asked for more and I am very very very happy with my new car! 👍❤️
I have purchased several cars over the 26 years from Renault in Coulsdon and I have placed my complete trust in the dealership/Mark Harris. I moved 3 years ago and recently needed to purchase another vehicle I did not hesitate in contacting them even though I live 2 hours away. I have so much trust in them that I didn’t even see the vehicle, only online, until I went up to Coulsdon to purchase it. I am absolutely over the moon with the Renault Captur. Any problems I do have I know that Mark Harris or one of his team will sort it out straight away for me. I would like to say a special thanks to not only Mark Harris but Ricky Nunn who is always a delight to deal with so friendly and professional they are both role models for the new employees joining the dealership in Coulsdon. I feel like part of their Renault family. Everyone I have dealt with has been so welcoming. On my last visit Ricky was not in but he placed my care in the hands of a young man called Dan who also displayed all the traits of Mark & Ricky and that is why I won’t go anywhere else and I will continue to give my custom to them. We have had motability cars from this garage for many years and have always been looked after very well and this time was no exception. Ameel was so helpful and friendly and the whole transaction went through without a hitch. In fact I was worried that we may have forgotten to do everything as we seemed to not have to do much at all ..He had it all organised and even sent us a mails to keep us up to date with the process and a great one of the cars arrival at the garage. We had to wait a little longer because of hold ups at the other end in France but it was worth it as we have a beautiful new Captur for our daughter and she loves it. Thank you Ameel for looking after us so very well. The whole experience was perfect.

I contacted Sam Khan whilst on holiday in the Caribbean & I received 1st class, non pushy salesmanship from him. Sam helped me through the process of selecting, reserving and finally purchasing my Capture which I got today. Sam was extremely helpful from the offset guiding, demonstrating and explaining fully all through the steps of me purchasing my car. Even after the purchase of my car Sam has continued to be polite, helpful & extremely efficient. Nothing is too big or small for Sam to help with. On that basis alone I’d recommend friends/family to Renault Croydon & to Sam Khan.

Arranged to view a car met a lovely gentleman Khan Shoaib who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable . Everything was straight forward & all done very professionally. Very pleased a satisfied .
WE BOUGHT A RENAULT CAPTUR ON 6 JANUARY 2020. MR BOLINGBROKE WAS THE SALES PERSON AND DID ALL HE COULD TO HELP US CHOOSE OUR CAR. BUT, AND THIS IS A VERY BIG BUT. WHEN WE DROVE OFF UP THE A23, WE MUST HAVE TRAVELLED LESS THAN HALF A MILE, THE CAR RAN OUT OF PETROL. VERY VERY FORTUNATELY, AS MY WIFE WHO WAS DRIVING, WAS ABLE TO TURN INTO A LAYBY THAT WAS ALSO A BUS STOP. I HATE TO THINK WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED HAD WE JUST STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOTORWAY. WE TELEPHONED RENAULT AND MR BOLINGBROKE CAME OUT, BOUGHT SOME PETROL FROM A NEARBY GARAGE. HE HAS ORIGINALLY TOLD US THAT THERE IS USUALLY ABOUT £6 WORTH OF PETROL IN THE CAR. SO THERE YOU ARE, WE WERE LUCKY IN THE END. BUT I AM NOT IMPRESSED BY WHAT RENAULT LET HAPPEN TO US. KEITH MAY
