We went to the showroom late in the day and we're not sure that we would be served as it looked like closing time but Dave gave us a warm welcome and couldn't have been more polite and helpful. I would definitely give this chap the full five stars. As good customer service as you could get.
Picked up our new car today and absolutely love it! The whole process was super easy because of Ellie Huntington who helped us all the way through, cannot thank her enough, all staff were great and kind also would not go anywhere else, thanks again ☺️

I spoke to someone called Dave in the used sale department, and he sold me a £17,500.00 car! Promised me a 6 month warranty on day of purchase, and 4 months after I took the car, it’s got 13 FAULTS!!! Now I believe most of them faults were already there when I took the car, after them telling me everything was in good working order, it had a service etc! It was all lies, they sold me a dodgy car, lied about the 6 month warranty so now when I’ve took it in it has 13 faults and no warranty that I was promised! No way within 4 months of having that car that there would be that many faults already!!! I will be taking this further and going to tribunal. I would give it 0 stars if I could!!!!!

I contacted Renault Liverpool to check if they had the service history for my car that I had bought from a different dealership (who misplaced the service log) They were so helpful and emailed me the confirmation of the full service history. Thank you so much Renault, 😊👌
Does anyone out there want to buy a Renault trafic van?? Think again as I am a sole trader with a racked out & sign written van! Reported oil consumption from 2 month old! Been without my van 14weeks? Granted got their parts van however not fit for purchase as no rack system, roof rack or pipe carrier? They broke my engine as making a racket when collected first time! No MDs uk replied to any email twice? Took email to MD big boss to get a reply which was a waste of time as offered £200 gesture! £14/ week joke! Moved tools from van to van numerous times so business costs incurred! I would never recommend Renault to anyone in any trade in any country as their customer service is despicable! The email today from a senior person in Renault said if I’m not happy with the offer of £200 then go to the MOTORING OMBUDSMAN obviously I will! Also on previous occasions I’ve been given an electric Zoe to work out? 3mtr copper pipe don’t fit in a Zoe?? Hopefully this hits home somewhere??

Can’t fault Dave and Steve and the rest of the team in Renault Liverpool. Fantastic service helping us find a new car! Can’t recommend them enough.
My husband and I went to visit Renault Liverpool on Grand National Day Brenda on reception was so lovely we went then to Sarah who got the Dacia Jogger for us to test drive. We've been to a few dealerships this was the best. Even though we didn't purchase the car Sarah was so helpful and really looked after us. If only I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Sarah and Brenda x
