Hi everyone, what a wonderful day I had at Renault showroom in Brentford yesterday. I wasn't expecting to have such a beautiful time. I went because they had a open day which was for about one and a half hours. To show us how to use all the Technology And safety features in all the new and old Renault cars. So I went hopeing I might pick up a few tips for my Renault arkana. As soon as I walked in I was offered coffee and cake which was nice. Then I was made to feel so welcomed by all the staff. Then the Seminar started off with a Competition all about Renault cars, which they let me win,this lovely lady from Renault was helping me. I Learnt so much and had so much fun. The Prize was a Renault base ball cap which they helped me win. Then I sat in the new Renault rafael and an Expert from Renault showed me all the things it can do. It was amazing. They even came out to my car and made sure everything has working properly. I'm still feeling Overwhelmed with gratitude at how Friendly and helpful all the staff was. So thank you Renault for everything Including the baseball cap. I had such a wonderful evening. I would just like to say. I'm on the Motability scheme and don't really get to go out much but this truly was a special day. All the staff were brilliant.

Excellent services from the time l entered the showroom and attended by Debra and finally Mr Muhammad Khan who had detailed knowledge of the vehicle and his advice was priceless. Very much appreciated....l ordered the car!!!

And now it's reserved, it stays reserved and no one else can get their hands on it"..A Lie I wasted a whole day waiting for London west to give me a clear awnser but were very evasive..Paul at head was helpful,but still no good.Imagine you booked tickets to the FA cup final,to be told at the gate your tickets were sold to someone else??"Hello" I have drove Renaults for over 35 years but will never buy another one due to this unfair mistreatment If you need a vehicle in west london there are plenty of other dealers in the area. I purchased a Renault Captur from this dealership less than a year ago in good faith it was in complete working order, with no faults or issues. Less than 10 months later, I discover the floor of my car is soaking wet and the leak is coming from beneath the car. I attempted to book in immediately for Renault London West to take a look, but they had no availability for months and would not be able to provide me with a courtesy car, so I booked at Renault Watford - being advised by the person booking me in on the phone, this would not be an issue as they were both Renault dealerships. They advised me the leak was due to a blocked scuttle panel, and the work required to clear it out and fully dry the car would cost almost £600 - as well as telling me that the blockage looked as though it had been there for lot longer than I'd had the car (as you can see from the photos - what were apparently once twigs and leaves have now turned to sludge). I emailed Stephen when I was advised of this (from Renault London West) who responded promptly and advised it was clearly down to me as I must have parked it outside and under trees. My car is parked either on my driveway at home, which is completely free of leaves, or in an indoor carpark at work, so it's definitely not because I've parked it underneath trees - completely ignoring the fact that I should be able to park it outside without worrying that a leaf might cause me £600 worth of repairs. Further investigation across Renault forums showed this issue to be a common issue with Renaults, and something that absolutely should have been checked before the car was sold to me. Stephen advised if I provided him with the invoice of the work required and proof that the blockage hadn't occurred whilst the car was in my possession, we could come to a "mutually acceptable conclusion" yet has not responded to a single email I have sent since - despite providing the report from the mechanic, photos, and the invoice for the work carried out. Nor has he provided me with proof the scuttle panel was checked and unblocked before the car was sold to me which I have asked for. I have been without my car for almost 4 weeks now, while the repairs have been carried out, and I have been told I cannot collect it until payment has been sorted out- which I am unable to do until Renault London West engage with me further. I am a very unhappy customer.

Absolutely first class service. Extremely knowledgeable sales person - James. He couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly - he made the whole purchase process really enjoyable and so straightforward. Always easy to get in touch with and nothing was too much trouble - it was a pleasure to deal with him. Delighted with my new car and the super efficient and altogether excellent service provided. Very many thanks indeed.

I've been trying to enquire about a new car from them for the last year or so, they are impossible to get through to. Do try an experiment and you'll replicate my experience, whether you phone first thing at 9am, lunchtime or afternoon, just before closing 530ish the unhelpful receptionist always has the same response, all sales staff are busy take your number and phone you back. Nobody wants a salesperson to keep hassling them if you just have a quick question. This time I made an online enquiry, it generated a reference email but more than a week later no reply to my email. Can see why Renault and Dacia come pretty near the bottom in the JD Power survey and if its this hard to buy a car I worry how difficult it would be to deal with a warranty issue.

In my 50's first time I have ever left an online review (and I have been working in IT for over 30 years !!! - Just for a bit of context). Somebody once mentioned to me that when buying a used vehicle from this particular dealership....post sales "Is not the best" !! My experience. I have a Renault Grand Scenic (bought from the branch). Recently, I have been getting "Red flashing lights" stating "Engine Failure"... I have also encountered errors where the car goes into "limp" mode ?? I work 50 miles away from London..so phone is my only option..as no work no pay.. On three separate occasions I have just been summararily (is that a word?) told that I am being "put through" ..and thecal just rings and rings and rings..shortest time before I gave up was 10 minutes. Today, 160419, I got through after 3 mins and was told that no availability for just over 4 weeks.. The lady told me in a robotic voice, that there was no other availability at London West...London West... London West. I implorered her to give me an alternative as I cannot be without any transport (100 miles pd round trp) for almost 5 weeks. After some pushing she said there were other dealers in the area.... They are just the most unhelpful people. It was completely different when I bought the vehicle....obviously. I will never buy from them again (am sure not an issue for them). And I will try to make customer service ..my top priority for my next purchase.. I had a Skoda before.. I only changed because the Grand Scenic fitted my familys requirements at the time... I dream of the service I had at Marlborough Skoda!!! I really think the consumers association should look into this..it has been consistent (whenever there is a need to call on them). I am going to raise it with anyone who will listen.
If you want your car repaired and serviced in a timely manner and to a high standard do not go Renault London West!! I have had to return my car 3 times because of shoddy work done. No one EVER answers the phone, no one calls you to inform what is going on! They have had my car for coming up two months now - to repair an ac pipe and body shop repairs. They do not treat customers well and am absolutely fed up
