Renault Manchester is easily the worst dealership in the UK. Bought our Clio from them. Had a light come on during our journey to Manchester saying we had a problem with the injectors but the performance of the car did not seem to be affected. A friend advised us to take it into the dealership for a diagnostic to re-assure ourselves that the car could be driven and we would be able to make the return journey. Rang Trinity Way to be told that the earliest they could fit us in for a 10 minute diagnostic was 'the New Year' . The phone call took place on the 19th of December! Rang Bury Motors they told us to bring the car in straight away. They replaced a solenoid and some other issues and sent us on our way, happy people. Renault on Trinity Way are a disgrace, after selling us the car they abandoned us. I know where I (and my son) will be buying our Clio and Kadjar form this summer - Bury Motors, a great bunch of professionals
