This my tenth car from Renault Romford over 25 years- received all the information, support and guidance from one of their sales exec’s - Paul Law. He was so friendly, polite and helpful. He was thorough throughout the whole process - purchase was an easy, smooth worthy deal. My Capture is absolutely lovely - received it in pristine condition. other members of the family and friends have purchased cars from Renault Romford over years and would highly recommend Renault Romford.
Dear Renault Romford, I have been a loyal customer at Renault Romford for the last 6 years, having spent thousands of pounds servicing all my vans with you. This morning, after spending almost £1,800 for a service, I discovered that my windshield was broken. When I complained, I was told that it was not your responsibility and that there was nothing you could do. I will cover the cost of the repair myself, but please be aware that you have just lost a customer forever.
Purchased a Ford B Max last month for £8k including warranty. Within 2 weeks of driving home, the battery went flat twice and the AA ended up having to replace it. Renault also registered the warranty under the wrong name and address- we suspect they have also done the same thing with the V5C, no one in their admin has come back to us so we have no idea who the car is registered under. Car was serviced just before purchase but no record in service book. Have called and chased Renault multiple to fix these issues but no response. Drove down to talk to them this weekend and the manager, Muhammad, assured me that the money for battery would be refunded and all the paperwork sorted out by Monday- but a few days letter, radio silence still (they seem to be allergic to responding to emails). I would avoid this dealership- after paying £8K for a car, you’d expect better. I’m going to see if I can get my money back for the car, lots of hassle which could have been avoided with better customer service.

Update May 2024: Renault Romford has now refunded cost of replacing battery and provided an invoice of service completed (not sure why they couldn’t stamp book but better than nothing). V5C was put under correct name and address first time around so no issues and warranty is in process of being amended. Overall the service wasn’t great as I still do believe it was a lot of chasing to fix their mistakes but credit to them for sorting it out. Thought I’d leave an updated review for the sake of fairness

Fantastic service from start to finish from Paul Law at Renault Romford. From my initial enquiry, looking at the options to fit my budget and final decision was all very easy. Paul was so helpful to ensure I was happy and made the right choice. I was kept informed all through to delivery and absolutely delighted with my new Arkana. Would definitely recommend Renault Romford.

After having a very bad time using another dealership Renault romford service gallows corner Were amazing felt looked after from the time I stepped into the show room to even when going outside to get my car after having a service Couldn't be happier I've use Renault for all my cars for 12 years and this show room is fab ! Will stay with them ....the manager and front of house are perfect to deal with and rachel made a big difference with just being herself and making me feel important a very big Thank you to you all , see you next year for my 2nd service

Just want to say a great big thank you to Lee Bradford. From start to finish Lee made buying a car easy and straight forward, he was very helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you again Lee, I love my new car.
I dealt with a salesman called Lee Bradford when i wanted to change my car for a Clio. From the start Lee was very helpful finding me exactly what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble. When I picked up my new car I was delighted ( having only seen pictures because of the situation with covid 19 ). Lee handed over my car in pristine condition and had time to answer all my questions even though he was very busy. I would highly recommend Lee Bradford and Renault Romford.
