Love my new Dacia Sandero, which I picked up today. A lot of car for the money. Thankyou to Jay who made the buying of the car a stress free process, at the Renault/Dacia dealership Llansamlet.

We picked up new Captur on 18th November. Chris looked after us from ordering the car to keeping us in the loop all the way through. Very professional, helpful service. They even picked up our last car for its' MOT from the house. Big thank you to Chris who was amazing and was a marvellous ambassador for Renault. WE LOVE THE CAR!!

I have to say this is my second Dacia Duster in 3 years , and i have gone through Renault Swansea both times . What a fantastic experience i have had, but especially more so in these very hard difficult times . Chris Maynard is a very professional , polite sales person, always kept me updated on sale, and sent video so i could view the car and arrival of car with a video also , also Sean the finance sales person helpful when i had difficulty . I work for the NHS and know bow difficult it is working in these awkward times , but these both sales men and the other team involved in Renault/Dacia are doing an amazing job and credit needs giving where credit is due, you have all kept some normality in this difficult times. Well done all keep up the good work and stay safe .

I recently had a captur from Renault and they were fantastic. The service and speed of when I arranged for the car to the pick up was amazing. I could recommend the place enough!
