I have just purchased a new Renault Captur from Renault Watford and was very happy with the whole process. Sami in sales was so helpful and attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly for me.

I ordered my new car in July 23, & was advised it would be ready for collection in September 23 ( new reg of 73. ) Sure enough, it was delivered as promised & I couldn't be happier. Great service at Renault Watford. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Umer sorted the car for us in two days because ours had died. He was very helpful and explained everything fully. We could not ask for more. Thank you!

Sadly cannot give zero stars - I would not recommend this garage or its service department to anyone. When our car broke down last week, we had it taken to this garage thinking they would look after us the following day. Imagine our surprise when we received a rude phone call from the service department, telling us in no uncertain terms that we had to remove our car and they would not be diagnosing the problem. My advice is to avoid having anything to do with this garage and a member of staff called Alison in particular (see similar review below). As if it is not bad enough that your car has broken down, Alison has a personal mission to be as impolite and condescending as she can, making a miserable situation much worse. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful, obstructive and rude and should not work with people in any way.

Ishan was a great salesman, very helpful and pleasant and he sold me a car with all the gadgets I asked for.

Having bought a Renault Capture 2019 at Renault West London, two years ago, we believed that as part of the deal, Servicing and MOT cost were included, or at least spoken about by Regan Rodrigues, having gone to Renault Watford, a very kind and extremely helpful gentleman Iain Mussett sorted my Service Plan and MOT last year, and this year. I can't thank him enough, I have to say that West London, were not accommodating they didn't want to know, having bought the car from them! Watford Branch really went out of their way to help.
