I have purchased numerous cars over the years from RepossessionsUk and always found the service to be excellent with honest advise on each vehicle given. Recently I asked them to keep an eye out for a specific model and when one became available they called me straight away and held the car. Having viewed it and drove it, I greed to purchase. I was then informed of a strange engine noise I hadn't notice, and Mat took the time, effort to have this checked and fixed at considerable cost to them, whilst honouring the price to me. Fantastic honesty and excellent service, highly recommend to anybody.

Cant recommend enough!! I'm on my 7th car from them!!! Before I bought my first car I'd done a little bit of homework on them, seen some of the reviews and was unsure however a friend suggested I give them a try I'm so glad I did!! All the staff have been great each time and really helpful. I've dealt with Mat on most occasions but recently Carlos. I couldnt have a test drive which i was a bit gutted at but couldnt be helped the covid restrictions meant I also had to make and appointment first but again made the experience more personal and safer for both the staff and myself!! My advice to anyone considering this company is to give them a go and I promise you wont be disappointed. Wouldnt go anywhere else now! Thanks Mat & Carlos

I am in the market for a new motor vehicle and whilst considering my options I visited Repossession-UK Winsford recently and all i can say is what great customer service!!! Carlos and Matt have gone above and beyond given the uncertain times with Covid-19 ensuring that my safety was a high priority by emphasising that they are working by appointment only and that I would only be able to view the vehicle I am interested in. Upon arrival I was shown the vehicle and at all times social distancing was adhered to. Although I have not purchased a vehicle they will definately be getting my business when I am ready to purchase a vehicle as I am viewing their website weekly until I see the right car for me. The Sales team are great, very helpful and polite and not annoying or pushy like in most dealerships. Thank you for a great experience and for putting your customers safety as a number 1 priority during these uncertain times!

I have just bought my 4th car from the Winsford depot and couldn’t be happier. I have always had great service from here and won’t go anywhere else for a car now. The customer service has always been excellent and I have been informed of the history of the car before purchasing. I have saved a lot of money from purchasing my cars from repossessions over the year’s and they have all been reliable cars. I will continue to buy from here.

Purchased a Audi Q7 as I had just… Purchased a Audi Q7 as I had just bought a caravan so needed something bigger to tow it , was given totally helpful impartial advice from Mat and never felt pressured or harassed like you do at most other dealerships. This is why I will always return to repossessions UK , this is the 6th car our family has purchased from them and unlike the previous comments have always been happy with the service and greatly discounted prices.

Please Avoid Winsford Depot and Mat Brought a Renault kadjar car over the weekend Made some previous enquiries about it went on the day to looking for the car and the purchase was greeted with foul customer service They Told me I couldn’t take the car for a test drive after looking over the vehicle I could see there was a spanner symbol on the dashboard Matt told me this was because it was due for a service I’ve since found out after driving the car home that the car needs a new headlight unit and new injection sensor And the air-conditioning needs re-gassing which is going to cost me I’ve spoke with Matt since his answer is just bring the car back for a refund there was no after sales involved it was a simple purchase of the car I have never dealt with a company who has been so rude and un helpful as this one they are dodgy please avoid Giving them a one star is actually not a true reflection they deserve minus stars

Racheal, many thanks for the feedback. There are however, a few things you have perhaps forgotten. As you may be aware, we are a trade centre, and as a consequence, our vehicles are significantly cheaper than other dealers, to reflect the fact that we do not offer an after sales service. That being, I still discounted the car you purchased by a further £250 AND included an aftermarket warranty should anything go wrong with the car! Retail price on the car you bought was £1500 above the price you bought it for, which represents a massive saving in anyone's book. When you contacted me with the issues you had, I directed you to claim through the warranty, as that's what it's there for, but as the warranty company won't pay out for air-con re-gas (quite rightly), and you were still not happy, I said you are welcome to bring the car back for a refund, which is more than fair. I fail to see why you would find the need to see this as poor service? With regard to lack of test drive, please feel free to have a word with Boris, as it is Govt instruction that we do not do test drives at the moment, so we are only adhering to their advice. I am really sorry you have felt the need to write this review, but I don't feel we could be any fairer.
This car sales place is a total Joke run by a bunch of hopeless idiots. I arrived today and was advised that I need an appointment by the most unhelpful employee called Carlos, I had to ask if he had any appointments for today before he reluctantly offered me 11.00. in the hour wait I went to look around Ford at Winsford's, who gave us exceptional service, we were able to look around the car lot they had hand sanitizer, what a contrast. We came back for our appointment and was told we can only look at 1 car ????? for Covid 19 reasons which it total rubbish, I am a key worker and been working through the whole lock down period and well aware of the rules. We were in an open car lot with no one else around.and not touching the cars, We asked if we could have a look at another car to be told we could come back at 5pm to look at the car in front of us. My daughter noticed a sign that said more cars for sale, so she went to look around she noticed a car that she really wanted and Carlos told a load of lies that 90% of those care were sold.to a third party. I asked if we could look at the 10% not sold to be told NO. I asked Carlos if another car we were looking came in, could he contact us and he said we would have to check the website, ( really helpful NOT) . On the way home we then noticed the car we liked was being advertised on Auto Trader, I called the number got back through to these muppets to say the car had been sold, but would not be removed for the website in 24 hours. I asked why had we been told lies, Carlos talked over me on the phone and I clearly made my complaint voiced about the poor service I had received. When we got home the car had been removed from Auto Trader very quickly and is now being sold on Car Guru. Strange yeah. I have got the head office to email my formal complaint and I have also spoken to Trading Standards and now in contact with the Cheshire Citizen's Advice. Defiantly incompetent, ignorant and appalling Service and something dodgy going on in this place. Not letting this go now. Its not ok to treat and make anyone feel like this. I also spoke to Matt, who sounded more pleasant but still spoke garbage. Scored 1 as could not score 0

Many thanks for your comments. Just to clarify a few points. We have made it clear both on our website, Autotrader and on any email enquiries that we are taking viewings by appointment only to protect our customers and staff alike. these appointments are vehicle specific to avoid people touching multiple cars, potentially spreading COVID-19. We anti-bac each car before and after a viewing, but if people have free reign to go from car to car, we potentially may miss one, hence why we are reluctant to let people just browse. You turned up without an appointment, while other people were on site viewing other vehicles, and we did our best to accommodate you anyway. You gave us 4 cars that you wished to view, 2 of which we already had bookings on for viewings, so we couldn't let you look at those, as that would not be fair on the people who had booked to view. One of the others was actually at our Leeds site, leaving An Audi A1 which we were happy to let you view. This car was not what you were looking for due to a dent on the rear (clearly seen on images). Your daughter took it upon herself to browse anyway, and noted a car that was round the back, which had been previously sold the night before, and not advertised on our website. Carlos attempted to explain that it was sold, but for some reason, you did not take him at his word. During a phone call shortly after, you told me it was still advertised on Autotrader, and I explained that our website is completely live, and our stocklist is upto date, whereas Autotrader is a third party site, and can have a lag on vehicles being removed after sale, similarly with Cargurus, it is out of our hands. I am sorry you feel that we have been in any way elusive, but as I mentioned earlier, we have protocols in place to protect our customers and staff, which should be respected. If Ford's of Winsford choose to not mirror our policy and government advice, that is their choice, and for info, we have hand sanitiser readily available at our sales counter and in the customer lounge. Just not sure what we could have done differently in these difficult times to make you happy on this occasion. I am sure when things get back to normal it will be more practical to allow people to browse more.
Well what bunch of amateurs, Matt thinks he is the worlds most versed car salesman but would be better suited selling stolen charity shop clothes to churches, he is the face of a company run by a bunch of bandits, that run car breaker yards to feed their sales, most of which aren’t safe to be on the road, Take a quick look through the directors and companies house before considering......
Bought a silver diesel Picasso from Repossessions UK as needed to exchange our red petrol Picasso and the manager Matt was amazing.. (Definitely not pushy like most dealers). He let me test drive it and answer all questions and offered to take our old Picasso as part exchange (he gave us time to think about this to selling it private and still honoured his word on price offered when we took him up on it later!). Good guy and great place! Definitely recommend it to all and we will be going back in the future!
