Tried to buy one of their vehicles last week agreed a part exchange and prepared to pay the balance, had a phone call an hour or so after to say the boss didn't want to sell as someone else was going to look at the vehicle a few days later even though we had agreed to do the deal. Car still is for sale 5 days later? Can not believe this company's business is to sell vehicles, work that out if you can?

Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 18 months ago from Repossesions UK. The car has been great, The deal was great. The service was what their website said it would be (all cars there have some sort of history and the price reflects that) Matt was very helpful on most things although cagey about the cars background - had to find out for myself. If you are prepared to be "buyer beware" and do some background checks you can save money- less risky than buying from the auctions. Would use them again

I have just been and purchased my 5th vehicle from Repossessions UK. After years of fabulous customer service, attention to detail and great deals it was an absolute pleasure to take my custom there once again. Disgraceful service, Matt the 'sales manager' is a joke and a complete waste of time. Car broke down 4 times within 6 weeks, the reason for not giving a refund was they are all Different problems. Best excuse he came up with for the water damaged car was that I've been driving through puddles.
