This car was purchased new from the Research Garage Abarth dealership, Nuneaton. Salesman Matthew was excellent and very patient over the considerable period it took (months) before I made up my mind. The first service recall was handled efficiently with very good customer interaction. The car was returned in first class condition and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I hope this is to be a start to being a ongoing Abarth customer relationship.

Rubbish service please don't buy car from Research Garage Fiat dealer.
I bought a car off Research Garage Nuneaton, it had several issues including dents caused by them before I collected the car and reliability issues. After complaining several times I got to the M.D who threatened me. I was a regular customer here but it just shows when I had an issue they refused to sort it and they threatened me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great service from friendly staff. They weren’t too ‘pushy’ and gave me a bit of space to work out what I was looking for. Smooth, pleasant experience. Will almost certainly go back next time around.

Purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander Jan/2018. Part of the deal include a Peugeot Warranty for six months. Vehicle developed an issue with the gear box. Contacted my local Peugeot Dealer. Explained vehicle came with a Peugeot Warranty. They declined to examine the vehicle. As it wasn’t a Peugeot. Independent garage also declined. Third garage, Mitsubishi. Car booked in, showed dealer warranty and again they declined. Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written. Raised issue with dealer numerous times! They have responded by saying “you can take the car to any garage which is VAT registered” yeah right!! They have also FAILED to amend the start date of the warranty. Even though this issue has been addressed by Managing Director Ian Rawson-Mackenzie and Mark Lines - Manager. Overall not impressed...

No major issues with my Citroen from DS3, A couple of things but the dealers at Research Garage group have been very responsive and helpful. The car was in great condition when I received it and it was a fantastic price. I would recommend to anyone.

Research Garage Nuneaton sold me a botched up car, I urge you not to buy from research you will regret it. Awful after sales service, the guy I dealt with was so rude.

We'll after looking for an Alfa Romeo Giulietta for some time I decided on buying from a main agent what a joke. Please avoid this garage day 1 delivery of my alfa romeo small dent to rear of car got told I should have noticed it when I inspected the car road noise due to incorrect tyres new battery needed due to not being checked and I noticed the stop start system not working on the very next day clutch failure car not returning good fuel consumption but I have now corrected it after being back 5 times and when the clutch was done I had to get the tracking corrected myself they will sell you a car but after sales is terrible also check you get a copy of the warranty please please please avoid this garage at all costs.
