to be fair, I've hardly driven it, I had it literally five days, it went back into the garage, and they had it for 2 weeks and then I’ve been on holiday. So, I’ve only driven it for about a week. Reynolds are quite local to me, and I sold my old car about 2 days before they listed this A5. It was pretty much exactly what I wanted, the spec, age, price. I’ve wanted one for a few years and pretty much fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. In short the communication with Lee has been bang on, the aftercare has been spot on and I couldn’t fault anything. I already have recommended Reynolds Motor group to other people and will continue to do so!

I was after a Nissan X-trail, and one came up from Reynolds Motor Group who are local to me. Harrison took care of me at the dealership and he was ok.

The Civic is driving good, I was looking for something for my son to learn in and then take when he turns 17 years old. We also had a look at a Audi A3 and through it drove a bit too rough. We had a look at the online reviews for Reynolds Motor group and felt comfortable buying a car from them. We came on a day when Lee was alone and couldn’t do everything on the day however it was still a good experience. The car only came with one key however we have negotiated with Lee to have the price of the new key and coding it knocked off the value of the car.

I’ve dealt with Jesse and he was very good, he was helpful and guided me through all the steps. I found the Lexus online on Autotrader, condition of the body work as well as the milage caught my eye

I was looking at financing a car with a finance broker and the initial car I went for was declined however the Nissan Qashqai was accepted. I’m happy with the Qashqai, it is very nice to drive and its economic. I got the collected the car from Reynolds Motor Group which as a smooth process.

I was looking for something bigger, I found the Renault traffic on google and the low mileage for the years. Lee was brilliant, I have recommended him and Reynolds motor group to other people.

My experience with Reynolds have been very good. One of the keys I got from them as it wasn’t working and the screen went one day, its back now and it hasn’t happened again. When I spoke with lee about the screen he said to keep him posted if anything changes. Lee was a really nice fella, I do not have any problems with him at all.

Lee who I dealt with at Reynolds was very good, felt as if there was not pressure and he was very easy to deal with. I never give 5 star reviews but the only thing that was missing was a coffee! I’ve already left them some good reviews on other platforms.
