When I first purchased the Ford Kuga, there was an issue with the gearbox. Credit to Reynold, they were helpful and got the issues rectified quickly. Nothing stood out on the day of the purchase, it was all great. Full marks

I initially bought a Mercedes GLA from the dealership. Although it had issues, I called the dealership, and within a day I had a courtesy car, and they were trying to resolve them. They couldn't, so they paid off my current finance agreement and got me another car. Couldn't ask for more from them! 5 stars

We were all happy with the car and the service we received whilst at Reynolds Motor Group. The only thing we could mention is there were 2 dints in the car, and it was advertised as a diesel but was a petrol. We were given a discount after pointing these out, which we were happy with in the end, so I'd give it 4.5 out of 5.

The guys at Reynolds Motor Company were sound. Purchased a Ford Transit from there. They helped me get an issue solved, and ever since the van has been running well. I'd give my experience a 3-star rating, only because the mileage on the van was a bit higher than advertised, but other than that, I'm happy with the experience.

The customer service on the day of purchase was 5 stars! I currently have an issue with the car. I've contacted the dealership, and they have booked the car in to have this issue resolved, which is good, very helpful.

It was the first time I used the dealership, I only live round the corner so I have always been aware of them but never purchased. For my first experience I couldn't fault it. Harrison was great he answered literally everything that I asked it was great. The car itself had been valeted for me and I have used it everyday since purchase without any problems. Would definitely go back again in the future.

I came across Reynolds online while looking for a Mini, I liked the look of this one so went to view in person. I didn't feel mislead, everything was as pictured and described nothing had been hidden online. Lee who dealt with me throughout the sale was great, I will give him praise for not being a stereotypical salesman, he answered all my questions, I have no complaints at all.
