The whole process with Reynolds Motor Group was brilliant, it went smoothly. The Discovery is good and so was customer service. I’ve spoken with a few other dealers, and it felt like taking the car off their hands would have been doing them a favor. I came across the Discovery and it came across nice, then I spoke with Jesse and that went pretty well.

It’s my first time dealing with a dealership so it’s hard to give them 5 starts however Jesse was really fine, he really assisted me with everything during the process. I found some curb marks on the care I didn’t initially see at the dealership other than that The A-Class is fine and it’s running good.

The Ranger is all good. Jesse the salesperson made everything clear and easy with no pressure. I have used Reynolds for a while now and the experience was pretty much as I have dealt with them before and would continue to come back to them too - Couldn't fault them!

My Ford Focus is doing well, every time I do the screen wash, I realise that I need to change that wiper, but that's my only compliant. Adam at Reynolds is very efficient and made the process straightforward and got all of the paperwork in order. This was my first time using this dealer but I would go back to them again. I did also notice that it was quite busy when we went so could have done with one more staff member on duty.
