Avoid RMG on any costs. Jesse Jones sell me a Toyota Corolla 2019 pretending full service hystory is online with Toyota to find 2 days later that car never been serviced in Toyota and warranty was invalidated. I tryed to return the car but they did not accept. So contacted cityzen advice and my bank and started a legal action. Car also come with suspicious MOT done in RMG garage with no advisory 3 days after failed MOT and the cause of the failer still exists, now reported to DVSA.

Firstly, we want to clarify that your statement regarding a member of our staff is unfounded and potentially slanderous. We take pride in the professionalism and integrity of our team, and such accusations are taken very seriously. We kindly ask that you refrain from making baseless claims that could harm our employees' reputations. Regarding the issue with the window washers, we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. Our records indicate that the washers were in proper working condition when the vehicle passed its MOT. However, we acknowledge that there was a subsequent blockage which our garage promptly addressed. We believe this may have been caused by debris in the washer tank, and we are more than willing to have the tank fully cleaned again at no extra cost to you. We wish to clarify that although the vehicle does not possess a complete service history, we did confirm it did have service history, which indeed exists. There was no mention of any specific amount. Additionally, the vehicle is accompanied by a complimentary 3-month warranty. Furthermore, as a gesture of goodwill, we did extend an offer of a full year's warranty at our expense, which unfortunately you declined. We have apologised for any confusion surrounding this issue and continue to do so. When you took possession of the vehicle, our records indicate that you were satisfied with all documentation and that the vehicle was in good working order. Your signed acknowledgment of these facts further confirms this. We value your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. My brother has used Reynolds a few times to buy cars and always very happy. He said they had a decent range of stock to choose from and all tip top condition, he wasn't wrong... I was spoilt for choice! After a hard decision I went with a Mercedes A Class and I absolutely love it pieces. I genuinely enjoy driving the car, its lovely. It was the top spec, low mileage and a fantastic price also super tidy and clean. The customer service was brilliant I highly recommend everything about Reynolds, thanks to my brother for pointing me in their direction, I think I'll stick with these like him!

Such a simple an easy process, I couldn't have asked for any better. I turned up late, it was dark, it was well past home time but Jesse waited for me in the office so I could collect my car, Can't thank him enough. The customer service is by far the best I've ever received, really really good. Jesse always answered any questions, I even messaged him a week ago with a quick query and he came straight back to me, he's a man of his word. I've already passed his details on and I will always recommend them highly.

I bought a new Mini a few months ago and its still going really well, its running perfectly. I have always had Mini's so I was just looking to upgrade, this one is so neat and tidy and modern inside, it's just perfect for me!
