Very friendly chaps had a good laugh with them and their light hearted approach made it all more exciting. It was very chilled out, I could take my time viewing the car, and they didn't use any pushy sales tactics on me. If your looking for a nice, friendly dealership, Reynolds is definitely the one, by far the best dealership I've visited.

Such a nice and friendly dealership, absolutely blown away by the customer service, they were brilliant. The whole process was so fast and simple and the guys were very accommodating to all of my needs, they didnt rush or pressure me, just a really nice simple process. My car was in fab condition and had been cleaned thoroughly before collection. Highly impressive dealership, Ill be back when ready to change again.

My BMW was my first purchase from Reynolds, and to say I am impressed is an understatement. They were absolutely fantastic during the purchase and made the transaction so streamline. The salesman there was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure applied. You really feel looked after when buying from Reynolds. When I bought the car it was on Christmas Eve so as you can imagine they were very busy. During the viewing they pointed out how a motor in the boot had gone, so if I did want to buy the car, they would fix the motor for me in the new year. That is exactly what they did, they have my car booked as we speak and are fixing it for me free of charge. This is the first dealership that I have come across, that actually keep to their word. They have gained my trust by showing how courteous they are and for that I would happily recommend to others, and will definitely be returning for my new purchase in the future. I can't wait to get my car back, it is so much fun to drive.
