Clued up, polite and know their stuff. There's nothing worse than somebody trying to sell something without the confidence, these guys were fully aware of the products and very good at what they do. Absolutely spot on. I knew exactly what I wanted, an Audi A3 and I wanted a certain spec, age, condition and mileage. RG Motors had just the car for me. No hard sell needed, the car was as described and sold itself, its been great since buying, cant fault.
