I bought a Jaguar from this dealership back in April and everything has been fantastic and taken care of really well. I am still missing an MOT certificate but Its not a big deal I am happy that it's had an MOT. The service was all round brilliant and they even delivered the car to me from miles and miles away. I am Overjoyed and I would recommend this dealership 100 percent

I have x2 experiences with this dealer. First being a car I bought privately a gold matiz had flew through mot but when I took it to local garage they told me it was that bad that I couldn't drive it and needed to be sent to the testing centre as there no mention of this whole rusty wheel arch on the mot. Apparently the wheel could come off at anytime. I took the car to Richard hardiest to prove that the mot had been dodgy by the private sellers brother who still works there. I was immersed immediately the coat of the car under conditions I left it there. I then in February ordered a car without test driving or saying then afterwards had second thoughts and wanted to cancel when I asked to cancel I was told I couldn't and they expected me to take it away when it came in April and still won't reimburse me with the money they owe me. All down to greed because the car should have been cancelled immediately. Or never ordered until test driven or seen.
