Bought a car from them worst service ever received didn't let me test drive it took it away in the black dark no service on the car no mats the valet was horrendous no customer skills all they were interested in was payment then get out the door the car is bad wont repair anything for me receptionist was only interested in the sales men horrible place stay away avoid the place

Bought a few cars from silverlink R/H over the years, last week picked up my 595 abarth, delivery miles, that came from another branch, to which had marks on bodywork not well on the valet and alloy wheel marked, salesman said this would be looked at manager said different when i had to go back. Cars sold as seen!! New Manager was awful to deal with patronising man who just wants the manager title. No enjoyment in the job obviously.
Distance purchased a car from the Richard Hardie group. The car was competitively priced and in good condition although the valet was no better than a cursory clean and we spent a couple of hours giving it the finishing touches I would expect from a Professional valet. The car was advertised as having service history but only has one stamp in the book from 2015, I was told the next service was due at 60k, because apparently they don’t need to be serviced every year like other cars!? I had to send constant messages just for a sales receipt and although there was an invoice included that highlighted problems the previous owner had experienced which had subsequently been resolved I had to also chase them for evidence of this too. And just to top everything off they forgot to send a spare Key and now can’t find it. Customer service has been awful and I do not recommend them at all. However the car was a reasonably good deal so if you’re brave enough to buy one from Richard Hardie just check the paperwork thoroughly and do not distance buy!

Bought a used fiat from there. Staff are rubbish. Car smelt of sick and clearly hid most of the problems with the car. When u got back with the car and took the paper mats up there were massive holes in the carpets. Car had clearly not been valeted. Haven’t been refunded my £100 deposit. Have emailed and rang and no response. Will never use Richard Hardie again and would advise anyone to avoid these totally !!
I took my jeep in about 4.30 pm, a simple job, Richard Hardie Silerlink only did half the job and still charged me in full, then when I asked for a refund, no one was available they all left at 5.00, utterly incompetent
I recently bought a used car from Richard Hardie Fiat Silverlink. I also left a refundable deposit on which th held a car for my wife to decide. My wife chose not to buy the car . This was on 4th June 2019 and I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned, still waiting to speak to someone. They don't return calls. To think I have bought a car in same transaction and this is my immediate experience of customer service. Shows how much they think of the customer

Purchased a Fiat 500 from Richard Hardie Silverlink under a PCP agreement requiring monthly installments and a final balloon payment. Initially offered a mileage cap of 5000 miles per year but this was insufficient, and when we considered walking away the salesman disappeared and came back saying he had arranged 8000 miles per year without extra cost. Have now discovered from Finance Company that mileage had not been changed, and eventually able to confirm that the dealership record hadn't been amended either. Now have excess mileage to pay. Staff obtuse when this was questioned. Trading Standards informed and letter written to Mr Hardie himself. This branch has terrible reviews all over the internet.
