This is the 2nd car I have bought from Richard Mitchell Car Sales it was not one of the most expensive cars there but I could not have been treated any better a top place to buy a car.

Great service, great company and been really helpful and trustworthy would definitely recommend Richard Mitchell Car Sales.
l bought a Honda Accord from Richard Mitchell Car Sales, totally broken. First of all on Autotrader ad they said they give 3 months warranty(never buy from someone that gives less then 6 months warranty, learned on the hard way) but when l came back to them with a clutch that costs 2500pounds to fix he informed me that l have only 3000 miles warranty as he printed on the receipt without my knowledge so l had to keep a car with multiple problems because l was deceived on warranty, also the turbo was broken, the water pomp for the windscreen, all the car full of scratches that were covered, l has to clean a year the mess . DO NOT TRUST!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I think I’m in the same boat, car was great for the first week/10 days but now it’s problem after problem and they’re not honouring The warranty as they’re saying everything was fine when they put their dodgy MOT on it. Wrong grade oil used on service, Bluetooth/usb doesn’t work as the Bluetooth module is missing, heaters only worked on number 4 (now fixed), air con has already stopped blowing cold after 2 weeks. Brake calliper on Front drivers side has come loose, and both front brakes make noise while just driving along normally, both front drop links are knackered and the gearbox is getting very clunky. Currently writing up a full report for trading standards to look into as this car was obviously not MOT’d correctly and I have a local garage that back me up on that plus the branch of Kwik fit that I had my exhaust checked at have said there’s no way this car passed an MOT last month. I wouldn’t mind but in my opinion a 6 year old car with 40000 Miles shouldn’t be in such bad condition. Buyers beware, they’re happy to offer a warranty but not happy to pay out when stuff goes wrong. Will update this as I go through the process with trading standards.
