We were sold a car with unsafe breaks that were worn down to the metal ! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Had to leave car at Halfords (King’s Lynn) as it was unsafe to drive. Richard Nash did pay for the repairs. We feel let down by what seemed to be a friendly and trustworthy staff. Date of experience: 30 November 2022
I bought a used mercedes in September from Mousehold Lane. The staff were very courteous and explained everything about the car. Unfortunately when registering me as the new owner the salesman put the wrong name forward to the dvla and this is going to take 10 weeks to rectify (dvla delays) which is a pain as i now have to wait this long to register my private plate., but on the whole a pleasant experience

I had been looking for some time for a new car, and looked at cars from other dealers. After being bitterly disappointed in the quality of vehicles and the attitude of some of the sales personnel elsewhere, it made a very welcome change to deal with someone who was not only polite and knowledgeable, but also knew not to push the customer. I test drove a lovely E-Class Mercedes, and decided to have the car. The procedure, even under social distancing rules in the showroom, were made easy by Les Faint. He arranged a full service, a new MOT and had the car fully valeted (not that it needed it) and had it ready to collect by the weekend. I really must thank all the staff for their lovely manner, and the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom. I absolutely love my new car, and the presentation of it has been first class. it really does look like new. Many thanks to Les and the team. *UPDATE* I discovered a couple of very minor issues with my Mercedes, and emailed via the Richard Nash website portal on Thursday evening. By Friday morning at 08:30am, I received a reply and a request to book the car in. I spoke to Lee who invited me in the very same day, so I popped in at 15:30pm to have the car looked at. After just 45 minutes the car was returned to me, all fixed! Now that's SERVICE. Well done all! ABSOLUTELY 100% Recommended.

I part-exchanged my old car for a three year old car. The salesman at Richard Nash Group in Sprowston was straightforward and handled the whole process quickly and competently. Two minor issues were resolved promptly and with good grace. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this company.

Very helpful first time I had bought a car from a larger company and they made us feel like we were important people and the customers care was brilliant went through the car and all paperwork before we said we would have it would definitely recommend them
