I had bought used Nissan Xtrail 2 years ago from Richard Sanders Kettering. It had one year warranty and 2 years free service. Since I am not living in Kettering I had to get the services done from Nissan authorised service centre in my home town as suggested by the Richard Sanders. I have been following all the MOT advisories, getting necessary work done and getting services done promptly from the authorised service centre. The AC of the vehicle has always be temperamental, despite the fact that Nissan is quite good for its cooling. In April 2023, the vehicle got hot with smoke coming out of its engine. I had to utilise the recovery vehicle and the Nissan authorised service centre in my home town did some wiring repair to the loom. Lately the vehicle is getting hot again and numerous other problems keep occurring. I don't drive the car much for long distances and I have been very meticulous with servicing and following the MOT advisories. It has been just 2 years since I bought the car and I have driven less than 20,000 miles since I bought the car. We had bought the car primarily because it had run only around 35,000 miles when we purchased. When I called to the Richard Sanders service team to discuss what has been going on , I didn't get a favourable response. I was advised to contact the service centre in my home town. The moral of the story is it is always best to buy a vehicle from a dealer near the place where you live and that too specifically when purchasing a used vehicle, or else be prepared to spend more.

Purchased a Nissan X Trail 17 reg. I was told it had full service history and MOT's and arent I lucky they have put new discs and brake pads on it. I eventually was given mots and service record and the car had benn run into the ground and these parts had to be put on the car to make it drivable. There was no service record and parts were missing from the bodywork. and one key was broken which took ages to replace. There are worn holes in the carpet which they diguised. They said they had serviced the car I dont think so. Do not even vist here as it is a definite rip off and you will be scammed.

This is going to be the worse car dealer anyone could possibly go for. It's a fraudulent and most unprofessional dealership disguised in a big brand and sits in big building! I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 2018 from them in April and paid £300 for a coating over the asking price which was 16.9k and delivery on top. The car was delivered with front bumper damaged and filthy marks inside out, which was then sent back to get repaired and it was delivered again a few days later. The car has not given me anything but grief since day one! Car was serviced with wrong mileage on service book with 5k over the actual mileage on the clock, tells you a lot about their business and checking standards! From the moment I started driving the car, it kept making terrible noise at the rear of the vehicle and braking system was super noisy too. Spent days chasing their so called manager 'Frank' who didn't had a clue about what a good customer service practice is and infact kept trying to call it a coincidence. He didn't even had a clue that in UK as per consumer act, you can return a car within 30 period if found faulty. It took me an email via Motor ombudsman to make him realise that they are supposed to sell a car in good state. Spent days going to different RAC warranty centres, turns out the car had after market cheap discs and pads fitted which were making terrible noise and the tyres were uneven which was causing noise in the suspension. After I threatned them to return the car, they paid £70 each for two new tyres. I thought this would be end of it, but that's not the case as the car is parked in Hyundai garage while I'm typing this message and is in pieces as there seems to be an another issue with the hybrid unit. I am hoping it will be covered by the warranty, but the sheer inconvenience and bad service I have received after spending over 17k for a car from a garage 2 hours away from me thinking it's a good reputed garage is atrocious. I would never recommend this garage to anyone ever and I really hope people sitting at the top of the company read this feedback and take some action. Don't believe their fake tests they claim to have done on their vehicles!!! Please stay well clear off these people and buy it from the original dealer. I have made the mistake, but I'll post my feedback on all platforms to reach out to other buyers.

Absolutely awful treatment at this garage . I am appalled at the way I have been treated .
I recently bought a Clio. I found the service to be extremely helpful and cooperative. I did have a couple of problems and took car back for them to have a look at and they were more than happy to fix the problem. Love my new car. Salesman was top notch and even rang me to see if i was happy with my car. Overall i would highly recommend Richard Sanders Used Car Centre. Very satisfied customer

My faithful old Toyota Rav 4 died on me suddenly so have to buy a used car to get me to work asap. I lIve in a village with no transport but was told Richard Sanders on Northfield Avenue have great choice if used and new. I am very confused and scared of getting another car (it's an age thing !!!) but Jeremy of Richard Sanders Kettering has been so very helpful searching for my requirements and so patient too. I still need to choose but I would recommend them highly. They had a great choice like no other, I am just very hard to please and indecisive after having same car so long. All the guys helpful but shout out to Jeremy.
Bought a used car from the Richard Sanders Honda garage on Northfield Avenue. Was, happy enough with purchase, but slight problem with car, so phoned to get the salesman who sold us the car to get it sorted four times, always busy and did not answer our calls, still ongoing, Very disappointed with the service when they say customer comes first.

I have given this Richard Sanders branch top marks for customer service they were friendly and polite, that being said I was disappointed to find once I washed and polished the car a few deep scratches which I wasn't told about.

The salesman at Richard Sanders was always there to answer questions about all of the cars, he didnt need to look in brochures, he just knew, wasnt at all pushy and was laid back but there when we needed him which is what we like. We purchased a Dacia Sandero from him in the end and as a car dealership goes we would recommend Richard Sanders Renault.
