Recently bought a 2017 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo from Richardsons, Wragby Road Lincoln. Just wanted to say how impressed I have been by the whole service. Firstly they were not pushy, happy to let you look round and go to them with any questions. Very happy with the trade in offered, which can't always be said of used car dealers, but very fair trade in offered. Once purchase agreed, they sorted any problems that arose. A small stone chip repaired to such a high standard, it's not noticeable now. Car was serviced and a fresh MOT. Not only fresh MOT but the advisories that were on the MOT were rectified so it was a clear 12 months with no advisories. Again, not something every dealer would do. Friendly, professional service that I would have no hesitation recommending or returning to again when I change car in the future. Many thanks

From first contact with Simon on the telephone, came over as very sincere and honest, deal was agreed by phone on Thursday, car was prepared and MOT’d on the Friday, was phoned Friday afternoon to say car was ready for inspection/ collection. Saturday we made the 140 mile journey to Lincoln, the car was exactly as Simon described, purchased the car, wife happy!
