I booked a service for a Saturday. When i booked I asked for a courtesy car, which the person said was fine. Got there today to be told they don’t do courtesy cars on Saturday. Advised them of my booking, told they don’t do courtesy cars on a Saturday. Asked to speak with the manager, told they don’t work on Saturdays. Whatever happened to customer care/service?

My parents have used this place for years for buying their car. But after their most recent experience I would steer well away from them. Went in over a year ago to order a car, was told this would be done however we later found out it had never been put on the system and that the car was no longer available on the scheme. My parents not impressed and obviously having not been told until they rang up about it went back over to them to choose a new car. The car they previously had ordered was a hybrid and due to the costing another hybrid would be unattainable for them so need up having to be a normal petrol car again. This obviously starts the issues of my parents losing money which would play out over the three years they would have the car. But they ordered and went on their way after months and months of waiting and delay and absolutely poor customer service today they got their car. They believe ld that after a year of waiting some car mats and a tank of petrol was enough to compensate them even though they lost hundreds of pounds because of them. The customer service has been abysmal and I would recommend everyone to steer clear of them.

I bought a car from here back in August. The car was in lovely condition and it drives really well, I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
