I would never believe a simple request to check a problem with a tyre pressure monitor would be met with the advice that I should take the car to Kwikfit, I am sure that if the owner of the dealership would not get the same response, When I select my new car next one company I will not consider Richmond Hyundai in Southampton.

Richmond Hyundai in Southampton are not interested unless you pretty much commit to a pricey deal. Very rude, shuffling off into the back rooms together to discuss you. Not warm and friendly like most other dealerships are.

I have never found Richmond Hyundai in Southampton to be anything but helpful and extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other potential customer. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable in every respect.

From the start all Richmod Hyundai Southampton were interested in was money. A 4 month old car with a problem. But because they could not diagnose or find fault, the customer is handed a bill! 5 year warranty! Not worth the paper it's written on. Received confusing text messages too. Try somewhere else.

Booked a 2 year old car for the full servicing at Richmond Hyundai Southampton costing almost £400, and after eight hours informed me they didn't completed the recalls on the car. So had to take another day off from work and book another appointment. The next day noticed that some of the jobs haven't been completed, e.g navigation updates, didn't fill the liquids etc, even the engine oil was black and didn't looked like new oil at all. When mentioned that to the manager, he was very rude and unprofessional, talking in high tone to me. His excuse was, that the oil on all the cars become black in 10 minutes after you drive the car (never seen that on my previous cars).

From my experience and in my opinion The Richmond Motor Group dealership Southampton is all about the sale but very poor with after sales service. I had to wait over a week for the SD card for the Sat Nav which should have been in the car on hand over and then five weeks for an accessory they were also should have fitted before handover. Communication was also very poor. The only positives are the showroom is modern, clean and tidy. I would certainly not use the Richmond Motor Group again and would definitely not recommend The Richmond Motor Group to anyone.

Nice salesman thought had a great deal till the finance appointment! This man bullied lectured and was very liberal with the facts!! This doubled with the 'new car' which upon viewing was dirty and had already clocked up 121miles was a deal breaker! I left there and bought a car from Kia in West End!
