I don't usually complete reviews like this but I feel I owe it to warn anyone thinking of using BMW Marshall in Bournemouth. Take my advice, find somewhere else to buy or service your car, these guys are rubbish. I had many complaints regarding the service I received from Marshal BMW Bournemouth. My issues covered their failure to manage personnel data, the poor level of customer care I received and the truly awful experience of using their Service Department. I hadn't intended to put pen to paper, just to put it down to bad luck, but the 2 hours 40 minutes spent in the Service Department whilst waiting for someone to remove an accessory (under recall) from my car boot and to put the replacement in the boot sent me over the edge. This is where my dissatisfaction grew exponentially as each attempt to provide feedback to this dealership was completely ignored. I mean really ignored. Even after I got BMW UK involved on my behalf. BMW UK promised that the dealership would contact me within 2 working days to deal with my complaints, after a week nobody bothered to contact me so I am assuming that they are just not interested. They have got my money and they now no longer give a stuff. The point here is that some of my complaints might seem quite trivial, some not so trivial, but regardless of how BMW Marshall Bournemouth might view them, the least a customer should expect is some dialogue that addresses them.

Incompetent, untrustworthy and poor communication. Went for car service and they messed it up because few days later whole of engine oil leaked on the road while i was driving my car. The relevant thing wasnt fitted properly. Everytime you want an update you are asked to leave message without anyone getting back to you unless you call 3 or 4 times and show your distress at appalling service. On the day of returning car, They promise you will get compensation and accepting responsibility for the mess up in writing. Then you keep calling and chasing. No one will get back to you. You are lost and forgotten and left fearing when the car is again going to break down on a busy road far away from home.
The quality of service we received from Marshalls and in particular from Daniel Rickman who looked after us was excellent. The problem we had with our car was found and put right in the shortest possible time. Thanks to all who helped with this.

I travelled from Bath to purchase a used car from Marshall BMW Bournemouth and found the whole experience excellent. They had the used car that I was looking for, spent quite some time with me working out the right deal. The sales staff were great, and all the staff were courteous, helpful and professional. I would definately recommend them.

AVOID MARSHALL BMW BOURNEMOUTH AT ALL COSTS, FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE DEALING WITH THEM. MY BMW HAS BEEN SAT HERE SINCE 1ST JULY 2019 WHEN IT WENT IN FOR SOME FREE RECALLS. TRIED TO RIP ME OFF, ONGOING DISPUTE, NOBODY GIVES A DAMN, EVEN THEIR HEAD OFFICE ARE A WASTE OF SPACE, GONE TO BMW HEAD OFFICE DIRECT NOW.

Bought a BMW Z4 m40i. Cavin was excellent sent a video of the car followed up and did everything he said he would. Had the car delivered 200 miles away and Gary who delivered it was also excellent From start to finish I can’t fault my experience in anyway well done to Cavin, Gary and Marshall’s BMW Bournemouth.

This was my first dealing with Marshall BMW in Bournemouth, the service that I have received since I walked into this dealership Could only be rated as excellent. The sales team has been very helpful and supportive as well as provided me a very good after sale care.

There is actually no customer service after buying a used approved BMW, day after electrical failures, knock on steering, rattle from rear. My local BMW dealership found 3-5mm of water in the boot from a faulty repair from CRASH DAMAGE. As I write this 24 hours after initially contacting the below from Ridgeway BMW in Bournemouth. Dealer principle, Used car sales manager, Service manager, Sales guy who sold the car. No response & no contact after ringing all morning and e mailing all above again. There isn't any aftercare service, they sold me a CRASH DAMAGED car and won't open any communication!! Stay well clear as they don't want to deal with any issues or rectify any problems!! Next step solicitors!!! Trading standards ect ect Extremely angry at how they have not acknowledged this or contacted me!!!
