Car buying! ,,, "what a headache" these guys made it sooo straight forward,. Jo could not be any more helpful and such a lovely person to deal with (big thankyou for Jo!). Wasn't looking to buy the qashqai but wow what a choice. Definitely recommend to friends and family 👍

Poor customer service, avoid! Just found out they ripped us off on car tax as well. They also harass you with junk even after you request them to stop and they say they will but then they don't comply. Would give no stars if possible.

I agree totally the customer service was terrible and the salesmen had a brand of arrogance that bordered on nastiness, would never deal with them again.
the reluctance of Right car Grimsby to contact me despite me complaining to Renault UK is astounding. I feel that Right car Grimsby are assuming if they ignore me then I will go away. I have news for you Right car I will not go away quietly
