So far so good with the Mercedes A-Class that I bought back in January. I thought the customer service I received on the day of the purchase was all good, and I'm happy to give it 5 stars.

Rightdrive Car Finance are brilliant, we have been there twice now and recommend it to everyone. This time around our finance company was being difficult for some reason, the team at Rightdrive bent over backwards for us to make sure we got the car.

It was time for an upgrade! I was looking online for a Ford Escort or something of a similar size, I went with the Nissan Juke in the end. I'm happy with my decision. I can't remember the name of the person I dealt with, although they were very helpful in sorting the finance for me and going through the paperwork.

I initially had an issue with the system resetting, so the satnav would just reboot as I was driving. I contacted Rightdrive, and they were brilliant, they got me booked in the following week and completely replaced it. Although the issue is still ongoing. I'm just trying to figure out what it could be, but they have done everything they could. Honestly, they were amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone.
