This wasn't the first time I've purchased a car from RightDrive Car Finance because I had my previous car from here. I was so impressed with how everything went the first time that I didn't have any issues coming back a second time. On this occasion, I went for a Nissan which has been a great and since I was familiar with the process, it was even faster/ smoother than last time. I'm just waiting for a part to be delivered from the team then it will be the perfect experience.

The Skoda has been phenomenal I'm really impressed with it. I did have an issue with the ABS sensors messing up, but I got it back to the dealership to get it repaired, and it's been fine since. The team was responsive, helpful, and spot on to get the issue looked at. They got me booked in right away. Living in Brighton, I was hoping the issue would be sorted quickly, and it was. They are honestly fantastic people to deal with. Everything was handled perfectly, and I honestly can't complain. 5* from me and I just want to say thank you for all their help.

Second time purchase from Right drive, and both experiences were as good as each other. Both times they were amazing, and Matt was brilliant. He answered all my questions, did everything I needed to, made sure I was comfortable and just helped me with he whole process. Cannot recommend them enough.

Cannot thank Right drive enough. They have honestly been a lifesaver. I was having a browse for finance companies when you don’t have the best credit history, as I am in the process of building my credit history. Came across Right drive, gave them a call explaining the situation and within literally half an hour they had accepted me for finance. Went down 2 days later, and I ended up getting a different car to what I went down for. Matt was the bloke who helped me on the day. He showed me all the options, told me about them all and helped me choose the Volkswagen, and I don’t regret it at all. Honestly the best customer service out there. Top blokes. Will definitely return in the future.

After browsing alone, I found right drive, and from the pictures and description of the Nissan, everything seemed good. Headed down, and the car was exactly as the pictures, so decided to take it with me there and then. The process was quick, and there was no hassle. The team were great and did everything they needed to. So overall, I am really happy with how everything went when buying a car from them.
