Stay away from this dealer would be my advice. The owner is unresponsive and the service is cowboy standard.

Rude and disrespectful owner!!! I have purchased a brand new bike and a helmet was included in the price, as a free gift. Upon delivery of bike, there was no helmet however the owner said that he forgot to take it and it will be posted to be delivered on the next day. On the following day, I have called to find out if it was sent as being excited my bike and the same gentleman answered the phone, to be told that first there is no helmet included. When I have mentioned that I want to return the bike as under any circumstances I will not accept to be lied in my face, the same gentleman started being rude and sarcastic, at the end to say that "if I wanted so badly to come and collect it myself (about 1h driving each way) or it will be posted to be delivered at some point next week". I felt very disappointed and found the owner very rude and unprofessional. So I went to pick it up myself...however, the experience was poor and there was no need for rudeness or shouting! At the end of the day... I'm not the first highlighting such unprofessional behaviour! Still have 2 years of warranty with the manufacturer but will be moving my business somewhere else where I may be treated with more respect.

Do not buy anything from this store I bought a brand new moped 125cc After a month its starts breaking down every month They don’t even how to repairs They jus keep taking my money Still can’t repair and i had a fight with owner Dont know how to talk with customers,, very rude behaviour,, mannerless people in that store. I dont understand why so many customers have left such scathing negative feedback for Rightgear Motorcycles Ltd! I purchased a brand new bike from them recently and Graham and his older partner, I assume his dad, bent over backwards to help. Granted Im new to them but first impressions are the last as they say. I cant say anything wrong with them so far. I would give them 5 stars but as its early days yet, 4 stars are adequate!

get completely messed about for a spare part by RightGear Motorcycles, took 5 weeks. for only the wrong part to arrive. never again will i call these clowns. and to top it off no invoice supplied. totally unprofessional. Graham your a superstar for bad reviews.

Dropped my motorbike off to rightgear motorcycles in Iver with an electrical charging fault, got diagnosed very fast with a faulty stator then had to wait 11 days (9 working) because apparently that is how long you have to wait for a part that normally gets delivered the next working day and which can be found (genuine or after market) almost everywhere you look; every time I called I've been told the part is hard to find at the right price ;eventually went and picked it up, matey from the rear of the shop rode it up to the front with his hands covered in oil and black stuff and had a smile on his face when I pointed that up; on top of all this the 'mechanics' left a loose bolt in my left hand fairing, a cable unplugged and I cannot find the little plug left through the hole in the same fairing for my trickle charger, great stuff from proper professionals, never again!!

The only way to get through to Rightgear Motorcycles on the phone, is if you call their sales number. Once the owner has your money, all service stops. He doesn't want to know about breakdowns, or warrenties. Buyer beware.

I bought a brand new scooter 2 months ago, it broke after one week and I had it repaired for the same problem 3 times. It is quite frustrating to deal with them, they NEVER answer or return your calls. Although they promised me they would have fixed it and upgraded it for free I requested a refund as the item was clearly not fit for use and I didn't feel safe. They became very aggressive and instead of an apology they denied all our agreements and started to say I have abused the scooter and called me a lair ....!! I am not used to this kind of service, to be honest. I am 41 years old, not a teenager and only commute 7 miles a day on a very straight and easy road. Do not buy their products. Bunch of amateurs that have no idea what business and customer service is -- After having published this review on yell.co.uk, I have been blackmailed by the company that I either remove my comment or they would have refused any support. I have then contacted another brand seller explaining my problem and they interrupted me saying 'oh I know exactly who you are talking about, Graham, yes he is a well known bully' this says a lot! ... they have already arranged a pick up, repair and delivery of my scooter under warranty. Finally some professionalism...
