Mr Moneer and the team were extremely friendly, pleasant and sorted out and questions I had. The had a great variety of used cars in stock. Great family business, of which value their customers. I purchased a BMW of which found on autotrader. From start to finish they provided fantastic customer service, advice and support. And most importantly was not pushy! Happy to answer any questions. Even gave me a cold refreshment. Customer service how it should be! The standard 3 month warranty provided is honoured. If you are worried about buying a car and parting with money, I honestly must say it is worth the purchase and there are no worries to be had - would highly recommend.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta in late January from these guys. I found them extremely helpful, and they explained everything in detail about the vehicle, it was very tidy and a great price. Saeed Ali owner of Rise Motors, who's actual name is Abdul Moneer sold a 81 year old lady a Toyota Yaris registration MV53WYR which had so much rust in the rear axle supports that it collapsed just 4 months after the sale. The lady is very distressed as her garage reviewed it for MOT and condemned it as a death trap. Saeed Ali ( Abdul Moneer ) of Rise Motors, 16 Shuttleworth Road, Bedford MK41 0EP, Phone 07366 393148, point blank refused to refund any monies, but later relented under some pressure stating that he would take the car back and review the mileage she had done since purchase (1029) and give her some monies back after deducting the mileage she had done. It worked out he would deduct 70p per mile from the selling price making after 4 months a total of £720, this is for a car when sold was unroadworthy. After the AA pointed out to him in mediation this was unfair he reduces it to 50P per mile This is not a trustworthy company Moneer tries every underhand trick in the book to stall, and lies to get out of any payback to his customers, he told me today that any refund could be made he had to get authorisation from his boss, he is the boss, a quick check at companies house shows he is at least a 75% stakeholder in the business. In his efforts to escape any repayment he told the Ladies daughter he was one of three partners who had to discuss the repayment and agree before they would pay back. In short a business that you should stay clear of and if you read the many online reviews this is not the first time this person has duped customers with unroadworthy vehicles. You can also read his replies and judge for yourself what type of person he is. At this stage I today (06/01/2022), through the Automobile Association who was mediating, asked in an effort to close this case to get the car repaired if he would put £400 towards a £850 repair, he refused stating he would make no such recompense. It is now in the hands of trading standards (Bedford). Finally because I have challenged him with regard to this unroadworthy and very dangerous car, Moneer has accused and allegedly reported me for inciting Racial Hatred, this Bozo is in a league of his own. He will pull any lies from his hat to wriggle out of his responsibilities, the issue here is he sold a car that was unfit for purpose and in a very dangerous condition for the driver and others, he accepts nothing, how he can continue trading is a mystery.
