Today I came from Nottingham to the car shop to check my reserved one, the staff were amazing and so friendly to assist me do test driving then I made it drive back to Nottingham today. I recently purchased a Renault Captur and traded in my old car with Rishton Autocare. The buying process was straightforward - they replied promptly and offered a good price for my trade-in. The salesman who assisted us during the car pickup was friendly and attentive. The car was in excellent condition and drives smoothly. Excellent customer service from the manager, very helpful, friendly and fair, went the extra mile with our new car, nothing was to much trouble, even fitted a new timing chain, MOT, made the car so shiny and new looking, this was my first car and after looking at a few different places with no luck, came across Rishton AutoCare advertised, so glad we found this garage, cannot fault anything, such lovely mechanic's too. Thank you for making my first experience of buying a car go perfectly. Very highly recommend.
