I lost 3 months fun with ride my new bike . I had rebooked my holiday and lost tour to Spain with my friends. Thanks for a salesman Rob - this man lied all time when I called two months any time gave me right info many times said then call back = any time call back with info about logbook. Rite Bike were unprofessional everytime - he said than tax is transferable to new owner !!! Maybe I got unprofessional customer service becouse I foreginer ? Another staff was friendly and try help but case had Rob Bike has done service = poor quality engine oil and missing screws ! History : I paid a deposit for suzuki gsx1250fa in 27th February 2019. A salesman named Rob booked my collection on 27 February. One week later I got the answer that I can not pick up the bike because the seller is waiting for the logbook from the previous owner. On March 25, I received a motorcycle without a logbook. Rob assured me that I got a logbook mail next week (because it will be 6 weeks after submitting v62 form to DVLA) Unfortunately, I did not receive a logbook and when I called Rob he answered all the time: You can can ride because I have tax - which is not true because tax does not transfered to the next owner - Why he told this bu.....t . I found phone number to previous owner... Firstly I called to him, Secondly I called to DVLA. In summary Rob have not told true any time Ritebike bought this motorcycle and any time contacted with previous owner about logbook and not apply for new one in DVLA. I visited Ritebike three weeks after picking up my motorcycle, Rob when he saw me, he turned his eyes to the other side of the store and I got the answer that the forms v62 were reassembled to the dvla after my receipt of the motorcycle because the previous owner had lied to them. When I pulled out the phone and suggested that I call the company to check the status of the application, Rob refused that he was not authorized by the ritebike office.

I bought a Honda CBR from MAM a few months back. The service was very good from the salesman, he was excellent I couldn't fault him at all. However, the owner was very arrogant and rude every time I tried to make an enquiry with him. I would recommend this dealership based on the other staff and the bikes they sell but its a shame about the manager.

I purchased a Yamaha YZF a few months ago from MAM and I am over the moon with it. It was really nice and clean and in excellent condition and up to now I have had no issues with it. The value for money was good and all 3 of the lads were really helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

I bought a Triumph rocket from here back in August. I am really happy with it! It was really nice and clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. It was a very good price and I would happily recommend this company.

I bought a Honda from this dealership a few months ago. The bike seemed okay when I first saw it but after buying it I discovered there were numerous issues with it and there was a lot of corrosion. These issues took a long time to be sorted but have been eventually. The car was definitely not worth what I have paid. I would not recommend in a million years.
